Termal kapl\u0131calar\u0131yla \u00f6nemli bir turizm potansiyeline sahip Il\u0131ca\u2019da ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131llarda ba\u015flat\u0131lan kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 340 konut ve 114 i\u015fyerinin yap\u0131m\u0131 tamamlanarak has sahiplerine teslim edildi.<\/p>\n
Aziziye Belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131 Muhammet Cevdet Orhan, Il\u0131ca\u2019da devam eden kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131ndaki y\u0131k\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yerinde inceledi. Ba\u015fkan Orhan burada yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, \u201cYapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan en \u00f6nemlilerinden bir tanesini Il\u0131ca\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131lda tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 340 konut 114 i\u015f yerinin yap\u0131m\u0131 bitti. Tamamlayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yeni kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla Il\u0131ca\u2019ya termal turizm beldesi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc vermeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz.
