Gaziantep\u2019te, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Fatma \u015eahin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde tan\u0131t\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda d\u00fcnyaca \u00fcnl\u00fc \u015fefler ve gastronomi yazarlar\u0131 kentin gastronomi mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131ma f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu. K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Turizm Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 himayesinde d\u00fczenlenen “Gastroway” etkinli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda Gaziantep\u2019e gelen ve aralar\u0131nda Michelin y\u0131ld\u0131zl\u0131 \u015feflerin de bulundu\u011fu yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 ki\u015filik ekip kentin kahvalt\u0131, \u00f6\u011fle yeme\u011fi ve ak\u015fam yeme\u011fi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc deneyimlerken, tarihi ve turistik yerleri de gezdiler.<\/p>\n
\u015eefler ve gastronomi yazarlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan ekip Gaziantep\u2019in mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve y\u00f6resel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini ke\u015ffederken, geleneksel lezzetleri tad\u0131p, yemeklerin nas\u0131l yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6zlemleme \u015fans\u0131 buldular.<\/p>\n
Etkinlikle ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Gastroway Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc G\u00f6kmen S\u00f6zen, “Gastroway projemizi ge\u00e7en y\u0131l Ege b\u00f6lgesinde yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu kapsamda \u00fclkemizi kuzeyden g\u00fcneye kadar tan\u0131tt\u0131k. Bu kapsamda d\u00fcnyaca \u00fcnl\u00fc \u015fefleri ve gastronomi yazarlar\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye getiriyoruz. Bu sayede de hem tarihimiz, hem yemeklerimizi tan\u0131tmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yoruz. Bu sene de UNESCO Gastronomi \u015fehir Gaziantep\u2019ten ba\u015flad\u0131k turumuza. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc burada \u00e7ok iyi bir yerel mutfak var. \u015eeflerimize buradaki mutfak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, yemekleri, f\u0131st\u0131klar\u0131, biber tarlalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyoruz. Projemiz Gaziantep\u2019ten ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Daha sonra ise \u015eanl\u0131urfa, Diyarbak\u0131r ve Mardin\u2019den devam edecek” dedi.<\/p>\n
Etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131lan \u00fcnl\u00fc \u015fefler ise Gaziantep k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, tarihini ve \u00f6zellikle yemeklerini \u00e7ok be\u011fendiklerini vurgulad\u0131lar.<\/p>\n
