Ancak belirlenen fiyata f\u0131st\u0131kl\u0131 baklavan\u0131n imalat\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. D\u00f6nemin en \u00fcnl\u00fc baklavac\u0131lar\u0131ndan Karak\u00f6y G\u00fcll\u00fco\u011flu, tam 1 y\u0131l 10 g\u00fcn boyunca d\u00fckkan\u0131 kapat\u0131r. Ancak baklavac\u0131l\u0131k sanat\u0131n\u0131n devam etmesini isteyen Hac\u0131 Mustafa G\u00fcll\u00fc ve o\u011fullar\u0131, d\u00fckkan\u0131 yeniden a\u00e7mak i\u00e7in yeni bir fikir \u00fcretir. Baklavan\u0131n i\u00e7ine f\u0131st\u0131k yerine f\u0131nd\u0131k konarak biraz da a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in s\u00fct eklenir. Halk taraf\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck be\u011feni toplayan yeni tatl\u0131ya \u201cs\u00fctl\u00fc nuriye\u201d ad\u0131 verilir.<\/p>\n
