\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, \u0130zmir ili genelinde fayton ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yasaklad\u0131. \u0130zmir Ula\u015f\u0131m Koordinasyon Merkezi (UKOME) Genel Kurulu, \u00f6nceki y\u0131llarda hayata ge\u00e7irilen Fayton \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Esas ve Usulleri Y\u00f6nergesini iptal ederek \u0130zmir\u2019de fayton d\u00f6nemini kapatt\u0131. \u00d6te yandan, belediyeye ba\u011fl\u0131 \u0130ZULA\u015e b\u00fcnyesindeki fayton i\u015fletmesi de 1 May\u0131s\u2019tan itibaren kapat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, \u0130zmir ili genelinde fayton ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir karar ald\u0131. \u0130ZULA\u015e Fayton \u0130\u015fletmesi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla Alsancak-Kordon b\u00f6lgesinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc fayton hizmetini 1 May\u0131s\u2019tan itibaren sonland\u0131ran \u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, uygulaman\u0131n ikinci ad\u0131m\u0131nda ise kent geneline y\u00f6nelik yasal d\u00fczenlemeleri hayata ge\u00e7irdi. UKOME Genel Kurulu karar\u0131 ile \u00f6nceki y\u0131llarda hayata ge\u00e7irilen Fayton \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Esas ve Usulleri Y\u00f6nergesi iptal edildi. Kar\u015f\u0131yaka\u2019da 18, Sel\u00e7uk\u2019ta 12, Dikili\u2019de 2 olmak \u00fczere toplam 32 adet faytonun faaliyetlerine son verildi. Hayvanlarla \u00e7ekilen ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n kent merkezindeki bulvar ve caddelere \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131na yasaklama getirildi.<\/p>\n
Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nin 139\u2019uncu maddesine dayanarak resmi t\u00f6ren ve izin al\u0131nacak merasimler hari\u00e7, hayvanla \u00e7ekilen motorsuz ara\u00e7lar\u0131n ve hayvan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinin kent merkezindeki t\u00fcm bulvar, cadde ve trafik yo\u011funlu\u011fu olan sokaklar\u0131na giri\u015fi Belediye Enc\u00fcmeni taraf\u0131ndan yasakland\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u0130zmir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tun\u00e7 Soyer, \u0130zmir\u2019in hayvan haklar\u0131 konusunda \u00f6rnek ve \u00f6nc\u00fc bir kent olmas\u0131n\u0131 hedeflediklerini ifade ederek, \u201cSe\u00e7ildi\u011fimiz g\u00fcnden bu yana faytonlar\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla ilgili yasal ve teknik s\u00fcre\u00e7leri hi\u00e7 aral\u0131k vermeden y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fck. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 k\u0131sa s\u00fcre \u00f6nce tamamland\u0131 ve \u0130zmir\u2019de fayton d\u00f6nemi kapand\u0131.
