Macaristan\u2019\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Budape\u015fte\u2019de 25 Haziran Sal\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen UIC\u2019nin 94\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc Genel Kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131na kat\u0131lan TCDD Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ali \u0130hsan Uygun, oy birli\u011fiyle UIC Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revine se\u00e7ildi. D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki demiryolu kurulu\u015flar\u0131 aras\u0131nda i\u015fbirli\u011fini geli\u015ftirmek ve demiryolu ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fimi ile ilgili her t\u00fcrl\u00fc faaliyeti y\u00fcr\u00fctmek i\u00e7in 1922 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan UIC\u2019nin 5 k\u0131tadan 200 \u00fcyesi bulunuyor. Genel merkezi Fransa\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Paris\u2019te bulunan UIC\u2019nin ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revine se\u00e7ilen Uygun, 1991 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015febeke ve tesis m\u00fchendisi olarak \u0130stanbul Anadolu Yakas\u0131 Elektrik Da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015eirketinde g\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131. 1995-2015 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda da \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Ula\u015f\u0131m San. ve Tic. A.\u015e\u2019de Telekomand ve Kataner \u015eefli\u011finden Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na kadar de\u011fi\u015fik g\u00f6revlerde bulunan Uygun, 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ve Y\u00f6netim Kurulu \u00dcyesi olarak TCDD\u2019de g\u00f6reve ba\u015flad\u0131.
