Eker\u2019in \u2019Otizmli bireyler Eker\u2019le i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcnde projesi,\u2019 \u0130\u015fkur taraf\u0131ndan \u2019\u2019Engelli istihdam\u0131na destek teknolojileri\u2019\u2019 projeleri i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan fonla desteklenmeye uygun bulundu. \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019un 383 bin 666 lira tutar\u0131ndaki b\u00fct\u00e7e deste\u011fi, Eker fabrikas\u0131 i\u00e7inde otizmli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f alanlardaki teknolojik ve yaz\u0131l\u0131m ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak. Bu destek, Eker\u2019in \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 5 y\u0131l boyunca en az 4 yeni otizmli gencin istihdam\u0131 \u015fart\u0131yla ge\u00e7erlilik kazanacak.<\/p>\n
\u0130mza t\u00f6reninde konu\u015fan Eker Sat\u0131\u015f ve Pazarlamadan Sorumlu Genel M\u00fcd. Yrd. Nevra Eker G\u00fcryel, “\u00d6zel Sekt\u00f6r – Sivil Toplum \u2018Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk Projesi \u2018 ile Fransa\u2019da Andros firmas\u0131nda uygulanan otizmli bireylere \u2018i\u015f ko\u00e7u destekli istihdam\u2019 modelini T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir y\u0131ld\u0131r Tohum Otizm Vakf\u0131 deste\u011fiyle uygulamaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Eker olarak bu projeyi, 3 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde toplam 12 otizmli bireyi istihdam edecek bir \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 planl\u0131yoruz. Otizmlilerin i\u015fyerine verim sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde istihdam\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lan, hem de kendi geli\u015fimlerine de destek olarak hak ettikleri sayg\u0131yla topluma kayna\u015fmalar\u0131n imkan veren bu modelin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olabilece\u011fini i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131na g\u00f6stermek istiyoruz. Bu sayede daha \u00e7ok otizmliyi istihdama kazand\u0131rmak istiyoruz. Daha sonraki a\u015famada, otizmli bireylerin i\u015f ko\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n deste\u011fiyle, kendi hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 ailelerinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak devam ettirebilece\u011fi, Andros\u2019daki \u2018Ya\u015fam Evi\u2019 modelini de olgunla\u015ft\u0131racak alt yap\u0131y\u0131 olu\u015fturmak istiyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Firmalar\u0131n engelli istihdam\u0131 ile ilgili olarak farkl\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.
