Gebelik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman di\u015fi hayvan se\u00e7iminden uzak durulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi belirtilen Baysal ve Onan, kurbanl\u0131k hayvan al\u0131n\u0131rken \u00f6ncelikle hayvan\u0131n canl\u0131 duru\u015funa dikkat edilmesi gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdiler.<\/p>\n<p>A\u011fz\u0131ndan ya da burnundan salya akan kurbanl\u0131klar\u0131n hastal\u0131kl\u0131 olabilece\u011fine i\u015faret eden Hasan Baysal, \u201cBunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda canl\u0131 hayvan pazarlar\u0131nda al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n dikkat etmesi gereken \u015feylerden biri de hayvan\u0131n besi durumunun iyi olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlemesidir. Oysa m\u0131s\u0131r slaj\u0131 t\u00fcketen b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f kurbanl\u0131klar g\u00fcnde 60-70 kilograma kadar t\u00fcketmektedir. Yani m\u0131s\u0131r slaj\u0131 t\u00fcketen bir b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvan\u0131n i\u015fkembesinde 50-60 kilogram daha fazla yemden kaynaklanan \u015fi\u015fkinlik bulunur. Bu da kantara \u00e7\u0131kan o b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvan\u0131n 50-60 kilogram daha a\u011f\u0131r olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnmesine neden olur. Oysa o hayvan kesildikten sonra hayvan\u0131n i\u015fkembesi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda geriye kalan et miktar\u0131 son derece azalm\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Kurbanl\u0131k hayvanlar\u0131n ya\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n di\u015flerine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda rahatl\u0131kla anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Tayfun Onan, \u201c\u00d6zellikle de a\u011f\u0131z ve burunlar\u0131ndan gelebilecek ak\u0131nt\u0131lara dikkat edilmesi gerekir. Hayvan\u0131n; g\u00f6zlerinin parlakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, kulaklar\u0131n\u0131n dik olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, hayvan\u0131n canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 da dikkat edilmesi gereken di\u011fer hususlard\u0131r. Hayvan\u0131n ya\u015f\u0131 ise di\u015flerden anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmayan bir hayvan\u0131n kulaklar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olur.
