Dr. Serkan Akda\u011f, yaz aylar\u0131nda kalp sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi verdi.<\/p>\n<p>Kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n kronik hastal\u0131klar i\u00e7erisinde ya\u015fam\u0131 tehdit eden en \u00f6nemli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunu oldu\u011funu belirten Do\u00e7. Dr. Akda\u011f, D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc verilerine g\u00f6re d\u00fcnyada her y\u0131l ortalama 18 milyon, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise 200 bin ki\u015finin kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131 nedeniyle hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Do\u00e7. Dr. Akda\u011f, \u201cBu say\u0131 her ge\u00e7en y\u0131l art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermektedir. Kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ve kalp krizlerinin olu\u015fumunda ba\u015fta sigara olmak \u00fczere d\u00fczensiz beslenme, stres ve \u00e7evresel fakt\u00f6rler de etkili rol oynamaktad\u0131r. Yaz aylar\u0131nda kalp krizinin \u00f6nemli risk fakt\u00f6rlerinden biri de a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cak ve nemli havad\u0131r. S\u0131cak havalar, ani kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne ya da y\u00fckselmesine neden olabilir. Kalp ve damar hastalar\u0131 ile ileri ya\u015ftaki bireylerde bu ani de\u011fi\u015fimler kalp krizini tetikleyebilir. G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 ile uzun s\u00fcreli temas bu duruma zemin haz\u0131rlayabilir. Bu nedenle \u00f6zellikle kalp ve damar hastalar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131caklardan korunmas\u0131, g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131na direkt maruz kalmamas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bu hastalar, g\u00fcne\u015fin dik geldi\u011fi 11.00-16.00 saatleri aras\u0131nda d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kmamal\u0131, d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmak durumunda olanlar ise g\u00f6lge yerlerde bulunmal\u0131 ya da \u015femsiye kullanmal\u0131d\u0131rlar\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cS\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimi ihmal edilmemeli\u201d<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fccudun s\u0131v\u0131 dengesinin korunabilmesi i\u00e7in a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 terlemeyle kaybedilen s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n tekrar yerine koyulmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken Do\u00e7. Ayr\u0131ca tansiyon ve kalp hastalar\u0131n\u0131n mutlaka kardiyoloji uzman\u0131 kontrol\u00fcnde gerekli tetkik ve takiplerini yapt\u0131rmalar\u0131 \u00f6nerilir. \u00d6zellikle s\u0131cak yaz aylar\u0131nda hipertansiyonu olan hastalarda genel olarak yap\u0131lan tuz k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131 devam etmeli ve sebzelerle beraber tuz al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmelidir. Az ya\u011fl\u0131 veya ya\u011fs\u0131z s\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri, zeytinya\u011f\u0131, ay\u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi ya\u011f\u0131, m\u0131s\u0131r\u00f6z\u00fc ya\u011f\u0131 gibi \u00f6zellikle doymam\u0131\u015f ya\u011flardan zengin bitkisel s\u0131v\u0131 ya\u011flar t\u00fcketilmelidir. G\u00fcnl\u00fck 3-4 porsiyon \u00e7e\u015fitli taze sebze ve meyve yenilmesi ince ve kal\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131n d\u00fczenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Ancak meyvenin a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 t\u00fcketilmesinin kan \u015fekerini artt\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve kiloyu att\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 unutmamak gerekir. Bu nedenle diyabet ve obezite hastalar\u0131 buna dikkat etmelidir. Mercimek, nohut, kuru fasulye gibi kuru baklagiller mutlaka sofrada olmas\u0131 gereken besinlerdir.
