Manisa\u2019n\u0131n Ala\u015fehir il\u00e7esinde mesle\u011fin son temsilcisi \u00e7\u00f6mlek ustas\u0131 Birol Kayal\u0131o\u011flu tek ba\u015f\u0131na mesle\u011fini ya\u015fatma \u00e7abas\u0131 veriyor. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda Almanya ve Hollandaya \u00e7\u00f6mlek ihracat\u0131 yapan Kayal\u0131o\u011flu, bu y\u0131l da talep olursa ihracat yapmak istiyor.<\/p>\n
Manisa\u2019n\u0131n Ala\u015fehir il\u00e7esinde \u00e7\u00f6mlek imalat\u0131 yapan 56 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Birol Kayal\u0131o\u011flu kendi el eme\u011fi haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6mleklerle mesle\u011fini ya\u015fatmaya devam ediyor. Mesle\u011fin son temsilcilerinden olan Kayal\u0131o\u011flu, babadan \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fi mesle\u011fi \u00e7\u0131rak yeti\u015fmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in gelecek ku\u015faklara aktaramamaktan yak\u0131nd\u0131. G\u00fcnde 50 adet \u00e7\u00f6mlek \u00fcreten Kayal\u0131o\u011flu, \u00fcretti\u011fi \u00e7\u00f6mlekleri 20 ile 50 lira aras\u0131 sat\u0131\u015fa sunuyor. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131llarda Almanya ve Hollanda\u2019ya da \u00e7\u00f6mlek ihracat\u0131 yapan Kayal\u0131o\u011flu, yeniden talep olursa ihracat yapmak istedi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Kayal\u0131o\u011flu, “Babam yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 y\u0131l bu i\u015fi yapm\u0131\u015f, yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 y\u0131ld\u0131r da ben bu i\u015fin i\u00e7indeyim. \u00dcr\u00fcnlerimiz \u00e7e\u015fidine g\u00f6re 20 TL ile 50 TL aras\u0131nda al\u0131c\u0131 buluyor. Bizim meslek kaybolmaya y\u00fcz tutmu\u015f meslekler i\u00e7erisinde yer al\u0131yor. \u0130\u015f yerimizde yeti\u015ftirecek \u00e7\u0131rak bulam\u0131yoruz. Kaymakaml\u0131k, belediye ve halk e\u011fitim gibi kurumlar\u0131n mesle\u011fin ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in destek vermelerini istiyoruz” dedi.<\/p>\n
Do\u011fal \u00e7\u00f6mlekte pi\u015firilen yemeklerin daha lezzetli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Kayal\u0131o\u011flu, “Tamamen do\u011fal toprak \u00e7\u00f6mlek, g\u00fcve\u00e7 gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde pi\u015firilen yemekler lezzetli, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, g\u00fcvenli ve ekonomik olur. S\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 uzun s\u00fcre koruyabilir. Devlet bizi vergiden muaf tutuyor. Ancak vergiden muaf olmak bizleri tatmin etmiyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin ge\u00e7en y\u0131la kadar Almanya ve Hollanda gibi \u00fclkelere ihracat yap\u0131yorduk. Bu y\u0131l hen\u00fcz bir talep gelmedi. Bu konuda bizlere destek olmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz. Tamamen i\u00e7 piyasaya pazarl\u0131yoruz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin t\u00fcm illerine \u00fcr\u00fcn g\u00f6nderiyoruz. Devletin bize faizsiz veya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck faizli kredi vermesini istiyoruz” dedi.<\/p>\n
Daha \u00f6nceki y\u0131llarda Almanya ve Hollanda\u2019ya ihracat yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Kayal\u0131o\u011flu, “Kendi ya\u011f\u0131m\u0131zla, tuzumuzla iyi k\u00f6t\u00fc elimizden geldi\u011fi kadar son nefer olarak mesle\u011fimizi icra etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Kapasitemiz ortalama 50 tane, sipari\u015f ve taleplere g\u00f6re kapasitemiz 150-200 taneye kadar \u00e7\u0131karabiliyoruz. \u00dcr\u00fcnlerimiz 850 derecede pi\u015fip kullan\u0131l\u0131r hale geliyor. G\u00fcve\u00e7 imalat\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ihracatlar\u0131m\u0131z oluyor. Hollanda, Almanya gibi \u00fclkelere ihracat\u0131m\u0131z yapt\u0131k. Teslim ettik.
