Rize-Erzurum karayolu \u00fczerindeki Ovit T\u00fcneli ve yap\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcren Trabzon-G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015fhane aras\u0131ndaki yeni Zigana T\u00fcneli\u2019nden sonra \u00e7ift t\u00fcpte toplam 11 bin 900 metre uzunlu\u011fu ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en uzun 3. t\u00fcneli olacak olan Giresun\u2019daki E\u011fribel T\u00fcneli\u2019nin kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamlan\u0131rken, trafi\u011fe a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ikmal ihalesinin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
Yap\u0131m\u0131na 25 Nisan 2015 tarihinde ba\u015flanan Giresun\u2019u \u015eebinkarahisar, Alucra ve \u00c7amoluk il\u00e7eleriyle \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ne ba\u011flayan 2 bin 200 rak\u0131ml\u0131 E\u011fribel Ge\u00e7idi\u2019ndeki t\u00fcnelin yap\u0131m\u0131nda kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 4 y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda tamamland\u0131. Karadeniz ikliminden karasal iklime, ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle ye\u015filden bozk\u0131ra ge\u00e7i\u015f noktas\u0131nda yap\u0131lan t\u00fcnelin yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda Karayollar\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Abdulkadir Uralo\u011flu\u2019ndan bilgi alan AK Parti Giresun Milletvekili Sabri \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n takip\u00e7isi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n
\u00d6zt\u00fcrk \u201cE\u011fribel T\u00fcneli\u2019nde bir t\u00fcpte kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamland\u0131, di\u011ferinde ise y\u00fczde 95\u2019e ula\u015f\u0131ld\u0131, yani orada da bitti. Proje b\u00fcnyesinde E\u011fribel T\u00fcneli\u2019nde 5 bin 910 metre sol t\u00fcp, 5 bin 902 metre ise sa\u011f ve bin 800 metre ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fribel T\u00fcneli\u2019nde sol t\u00fcpte kaz\u0131-destek imalatlar\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015f, sa\u011f t\u00fcpte ise kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fczde 95 seviyesinde bitirilmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fin tamamen bitirilerek trafi\u011fe a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ikmal ihalesine ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcnelin tamamlanmas\u0131 ile g\u00fczergah 6,5 km k\u0131salarak ve mevcut yola g\u00f6re de 25 dakika zaman tasarrufu sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r. Gerek ihale a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 gerekse \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in takibimizi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekteyiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Giresun\u2019u \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu\u2019ya ba\u011flayacak yol projesinin bir uzant\u0131s\u0131 olan Giresun-Dereli ve Dereli-\u015eebinkarahisar karayolu hakk\u0131nda da bilgi veren Milletvekili \u00d6zt\u00fcrk, \u201cGiresun-Dereli-\u015eebinkarahisar yolu 116 kilometre uzunlu\u011funda olup 17 kilometresi b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol, 99 kilometresi sathi kaplamal\u0131 tek yoldur. Giresun-Dereli yolunda ihaleli olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen 25 kilometrelik kesimin 6 kilometresi b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol olarak trafi\u011fe hizmet vermektedir. Kalan 19 kilometrelik kesimin 18,6 kilometresi tek yol, 0,5 kilometresinin ise kaplamal\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol olarak 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda bitirilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu g\u00fczergahta 6 adet t\u00fcnel bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcnellerden Ikl\u0131k\u00e7\u0131, \u00c7alca ve Ta\u015fl\u0131ca t\u00fcnelleri trafi\u011fe a\u00e7\u0131k, \u00c7\u0131narc\u0131k ve Dereli t\u00fcnelleri bitirilmi\u015f ancak ikincil i\u015flerden dolay\u0131 hen\u00fcz trafi\u011fe a\u00e7\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f, Duro\u011flu T\u00fcneli ise \u00fcst yap\u0131 imalatlar\u0131 hari\u00e7 tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Giresun-Dereli Yolunda b\u00fct\u00e7e \u00f6denekleri do\u011frultusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar devam etmektedir.
