T\u00fcrkiye Maarif Vakf\u0131 M\u00fctevelli Heyeti \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Cihad Demirli, Etiyopya Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Levent \u015eahin ve Afrika B\u00f6lge Koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Uzman Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Bilal Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u2019dan olu\u015fan heyet, Etiyopya\u2019n\u0131n Harar \u015fehrinde FET\u00d6\u2019n\u00fcn \u201cRainbow Derne\u011fi\u201d ad\u0131yla kurdu\u011fu ve i\u00e7erisinde anaokulundan liseye kadar t\u00fcm kademelerde e\u011fitimin verildi\u011fi kamp\u00fcs\u00fc teslim ald\u0131. Etiyopya Sivil Toplum Kurulu\u015flar\u0131 Ajans\u0131\u2019n\u0131n himayesinde bulunan ve FET\u00d6 ile iltisakl\u0131 oldu\u011fu gerek\u00e7esiyle T\u00fcrkiye Maarif Vakf\u0131\u2019na devrine karar verilen okullara, \u00e7ok say\u0131da yerel ve federal yetkilinin nezaretinde girildi. Halka okulun sat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara da i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacaklar\u0131 \u015feklinde bilgilendirme yapan FET\u00d6 iltisakl\u0131 ki\u015filerin, devir i\u015fleminden \u00f6nce okullar\u0131 terk etti\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye Maarif Vakf\u0131 heyeti, halk temsilcileri ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla bir araya gelerek bilgilendirme toplant\u0131s\u0131 yapt\u0131. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 8 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck bir arazi \u00fczerine kurulu kamp\u00fcste anaokulu, ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise e\u011fitimlerinin verildi\u011fi binalar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, hen\u00fcz faaliyete ge\u00e7memi\u015f bir hastane binas\u0131 da bulunuyor.<\/p>\n

S\u00fcrece ili\u015fkin de\u011ferlendirmede bulunan M\u00fctevelli Heyeti \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Cihad Demirli, yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonucunda bu okullar\u0131 alman\u0131n mutlulu\u011funu ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Etiyopya\u2019da ilk teslim al\u0131nan okullar\u0131n Harar\u2019daki okullar oldu\u011funu ifade eden Demirli, di\u011fer \u015fehirlerdeki okullar\u0131n teslimine ili\u015fkin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc aktard\u0131. Vakf\u0131n 33 \u00fclkede, 272 okulu, Afrika\u2019da ise 20 \u00fclkede 127 okulu bulundu\u011funu dile getiren Demirli, Etiyopya\u2019n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etti\u011fini, bu nedenle geli\u015fmenin onur verici oldu\u011funu belirtti. Demirli, \u201cOkulun \u00f6ncelikle Etiyopya ve Hararl\u0131lara daha sonra da iki \u00fclke halk\u0131n\u0131n birbirini daha iyi tan\u0131mas\u0131na vesile olmas\u0131n\u0131 umuyoruz\u201d dedi. Okul sayesinde var olan tarihi ba\u011flar\u0131n daha da kuvvetlenece\u011fini ifade eden Demirli, \u015fehirde restore edilen Osmanl\u0131 Konsoloslu\u011fu binas\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezi olarak i\u015flev g\u00f6rece\u011fini dile getirdi.<\/p>\n

FET\u00d6\u2019n\u00fcn Harar\u2019daki okullar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda biri 15 Temmuz darbe giri\u015fiminden sonra faaliyete ge\u00e7en toplam 6 okulu daha bulunuyor.<\/p>\n
\u00d6te yandan, FET\u00d6 okulu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l vergi ka\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yard\u0131m paralar\u0131ndaki yolsuzluk \u00fczerine okul y\u00f6neticileri hakk\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 su\u00e7 duyurusuna ili\u015fkin federal polis soru\u015fturmas\u0131 da halen devam ediyor. Hay\u0131r kurumu \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda ba\u011f\u0131\u015flarla kurulan okullar, 2009 ve 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fclke yasalar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 \u015fekilde \u015fah\u0131s \u015firketlerine sat\u0131ld\u0131.
