Her y\u0131l nisan ay\u0131nda il\u00e7eye gelen i\u015f\u00e7iler, kas\u0131m ay\u0131na kadar ekmek m\u00fccadelelerine devam ediyor. Yap\u0131m\u0131 uzun ve bir o kadar da zahmetli olan mangal k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc i\u00e7in saman ve toprakla \u00f6rt\u00fcl\u00fc \u2018torluk\u2019 isimli ocak kuruluyor. Ocakta me\u015fe odunu yak\u0131larak k\u00f6m\u00fcr haline getiriliyor. \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilerin bin bir me\u015fakkatle \u00fcrettikleri mangal k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc, daha sonra kamyonlara y\u00fcklenerek Antalya, Adana, Gaziantep ve \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nin bir\u00e7ok iline g\u00f6nderiliyor.<\/p>\n
\u00c7ay\u0131ralan\u2019da kurulan k\u00f6m\u00fcr \u00fcretim tesisinde 7 ailenin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen i\u015fletme sahibi Abd\u00fclhamit Din\u00e7, \u201cBurada 7 aile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. 5-6 ay Yozgat\u2019a me\u015fe k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in mevsimlik i\u015f\u00e7iler geliyor. Bir sezonda belirlenen b\u00f6lgelerde 150 ton civar\u0131 me\u015fe odunu toplan\u0131yor. Y\u0131lda 150 tondan 35-40 ton me\u015fe k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc elde ediyoruz. Bir i\u015f\u00e7inin maliyeti 100-150 TL aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Mazot ve ula\u015f\u0131m maliyetimiz \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek. Orman k\u00f6yl\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn kesti\u011fi odunlar\u0131 ihale ile al\u0131yoruz. Bunlar\u0131 \u2019torluk\u2019 ad\u0131 verilen bir istifleme \u015fekliyle istifleyip, odunlar\u0131n \u00fczerini saman ve kum ile \u00f6rt\u00fcyoruz. Yakla\u015f\u0131k bir ay boyunca gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz i\u00e7ten i\u00e7e yan\u0131yor. Baz\u0131 geceler torluklar patl\u0131yor. O y\u00fczden bir tehlike olu\u015fmas\u0131n diye gece n\u00f6bet tutuyoruz. Sonra torlu\u011fu bozup i\u00e7indeki k\u00f6m\u00fcrleri \u00e7uvallara doldurup toptanc\u0131lara sat\u0131yoruz.
