Erzincan \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc G\u00f6khan Aydemir, Uluk\u00f6y k\u00f6y\u00fcnde incelemelerde bulundu. Uluk\u00f6y k\u00f6y\u00fcnde toplam 130 adet konutun yap\u0131m\u0131nda art\u0131k sona gelindi\u011fini ifade eden Aydemir, \u201c\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olarak kontrol ve denetimini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Yap\u0131 \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanan ve ilimizin yerel mimarisine uygun \u00f6zel projeyle geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f konutlar\u0131m\u0131z Erzincan merkez Uluk\u00f6y k\u00f6y\u00fcndeyiz. \u015eu an yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden projemizde bu k\u00f6yde 130 konutumuz mevcut. Bu konutlar\u0131m\u0131z 2+1, 3+1 ve 2 katl\u0131 i\u015fletmeli olmak \u00fczere yap\u0131m\u0131 Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda tamamlanacak. Projemizde bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6zellikle 5543 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun kapsam\u0131nda konutlar\u0131n t\u00fcm fiber altyap\u0131s\u0131yla, yollar\u0131yla, elektri\u011fiyle \u00f6rnek k\u00f6y olma yolunda yap\u0131lan \u00f6rnek bir projedir. Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu projeye olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nem vermektedir. Bu projenin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesinde Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131za, son Ba\u015fbakan Binali Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m\u2019a, bakanl\u0131k yetkililerimize, valimize te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederim\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Uluk\u00f6y k\u00f6y\u00fc Muhtar\u0131 Yavuz Bebek ise “Bu proje \u00f6rnek bir proje. \u0130limize ve b\u00f6lgemize hay\u0131rl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Bizim k\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz 1940\u2019ta kurulan eski bir k\u00f6yd\u00fc. Bu projeyle k\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fcz \u00e7i\u00e7ek gibi a\u00e7\u0131lacakt\u0131r\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
\u00d6te yandan, \u2018K\u00f6ysel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u2019 kapsam\u0131nda \u00f6rnek k\u00f6y evlerinden Erzincan\u2019\u0131n Uluk\u00f6y k\u00f6y\u00fc haricinde Tercan il\u00e7esinde 33 konut, 33 ah\u0131r ve Refahiye il\u00e7esine ba\u011fl\u0131 Kay\u0131 k\u00f6y\u00fcnde 79 adet konutun yap\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n da devam etti\u011fi belirtildi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
