Bir\u00e7ok tiroid hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tarama ve tan\u0131s\u0131nda anahtar rol oynayan TSH hormonu (Tiroid Stimulan Hormon; Tirotropin) ile gebelik hormonu hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) yap\u0131sal olarak birbirine \u00e7ok benzer. Y\u00fckselen gebelik hormonu, tiroid fonksiyon testlerinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyebilir, hatta bazen tiroid hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 taklit edebilir. Bu nedenle gebelikte tiroid fonksiyon testleri de\u011ferlendirilirken gebeli\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikler g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilmemelidir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
