Tedavi alt\u0131na al\u0131nan gen\u00e7, Malatya E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesinde ilk kez uygulanan y\u00f6ntemle ameliyats\u0131z sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Malatya\u2019da ya\u015fayan \u015eevket Temel (17) yakla\u015f\u0131k bir ay \u00f6nce gribal enfeksiyon \u015f\u00fcphesi ile doktora ba\u015fvurdu. Malatya E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesinde Do\u00e7. Dr. Ertu\u011frul Kurto\u011flu taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan tetkikler de gencin kalbinin do\u011fu\u015ftan delik oldu\u011fu belirlendi.<\/p>\n
Di\u011fer tetkikleri de yap\u0131lan gen\u00e7 hastaya, bir s\u00fcre sonra Malatya E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesinde ilk kez uygulanan bir y\u00f6ntemle anjiyo yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve Anjiografi ile kalbindeki 1,6 CM\u2019lik delik yar\u0131m saat gibi bir s\u00fcrede ba\u015far\u0131yla kapat\u0131ld\u0131. Bir g\u00fcn hastanede kald\u0131ktan sonra taburcu edilen \u015eevket Temel, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fmas\u0131nda eme\u011fi olan t\u00fcm doktorlara te\u015fekk\u00fcr etti.<\/p>\n
Temel, grip hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in hastaneye gitti\u011fini ancak sonradan yap\u0131lan tetkikler ile kalbimde delik oldu\u011funun belirlendi\u011fini belirterek, \u201cBu do\u011fu\u015ftan gelen bir delikmi\u015f. Ertu\u011frul Hocam ve Erdal hocam \u00f6zel ilgilendiler. Kardiyoloji b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde emek veren t\u00fcm hocalar\u0131ma sonsuz te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederim” dedi.<\/p>\n
Daha \u00f6nce ko\u015fma ve merdiven \u00e7\u0131kmada zorluklar ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Temel, \u015fimdi ise art\u0131k \u00e7ok rahat bir \u015fekilde fiziki aktivitelere kat\u0131labildi\u011fini dile getirdi. Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fan gencin ailesi de \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n tekrar sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fmas\u0131nda eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en doktorlara te\u015fekk\u00fcr ettiler.<\/p>\n
Malatya E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesi Ba\u015fhekimi Prof. Dr. Erdal Akt\u00fcrk ise merkezlerinde ilk kez do\u011fu\u015ftan kalbi delik olan bir hastay\u0131 ameliyats\u0131z sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015fturduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek, \u201cKas\u0131ktan bir i\u011fneyle girilerek delik kalbi kapatt\u0131k. Bu tedavi \u015fekli d\u00fcnyada \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n olarak yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Merkezimizde ilk defa bu y\u00f6ntem uyguland\u0131. Bundan sonra da in\u015fallah bu tip hastalar\u0131 tedaviye devam edece\u011fiz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Gen\u00e7 hastan\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u015fuan iyi oldu\u011funu belirten Akt\u00fcrk, \u201cHastam\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k durumu son derece iyi.
