\u0130mar uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n \u0130dare Mahkemesi taraf\u0131ndan iptali sonucu il\u00e7e halk\u0131n\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131 ile ilgili ba\u015fta in\u015faat ruhsat\u0131 kat irtifak\u0131 m\u00fclkiyeti yap\u0131 kullanma izin belgesi konusunda yakla\u015f\u0131k iki y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00e7e\u015fit ma\u011fduriyetler ya\u015fan\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n
Yeni\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Davut Ayd\u0131n, g\u00f6reve geldi\u011fi andan itibaren vatanda\u015flar\u0131n imar sorunu \u00fczerine ilgili birimler ile yo\u011fun mesai harcayarak, il\u00e7enin yap\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ve geli\u015fmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engeli kald\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n
Ba\u015fkan Ayd\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “Daha ya\u015fan\u0131labilir bir Yeni\u015fehir i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z katlanarak devam etmektedir. Bu hizmet ilkesi do\u011frultusunda; Yenig\u00fcn, Kurtulu\u015f ve Cihadiye Mahallelerinde 3194 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130mar Kanunu\u2019nun 18. Maddesi gere\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda Belediyemiz taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lan ve onaylanan \u0130mar Uygulamas\u0131 23.05.2019 tarihinde tapuda tescil edilmi\u015ftir. 8 Temmuz tarihi itibariyle \u0130dare Mahkemesi\u2019nde devam etmekte olan dava lehimize sonu\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015f olup, parsel sahipleri uygulama kapsamanda yer alan ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n yeni tapular\u0131n\u0131 Belediyemizden elden teslim alabilirler. Belediyemizden in\u015faat izni al\u0131nmas\u0131na m\u00fcteakip parsel sahipleri imar uygulamas\u0131 sonu olu\u015fan tapulara ait ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar \u00fczerine in\u015faat yapabilirler. \u0130mar uygulamas\u0131 sonucu olu\u015fan imar parselleri \u0130l\u00e7e halk\u0131m\u0131za hay\u0131rl\u0131 olsun” dedi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
