Titus T\u00fcneli, Titus Kaya T\u00fcneli veya Vespasianus T\u00fcneli, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Hatay iline ba\u011fl\u0131 Samanda\u011f il\u00e7esi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde, \u00fczerinde \u00c7evlik Mahallesi\u2019nde kurulu olan il\u00e7enin 5 kilometre kuzeyinde kalan da\u011fl\u0131k ve denize hakim yama\u00e7larda bulunuyor. Titus ad\u0131yla bilinen Titus Flavius Vespasianus taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lan t\u00fcnelin yap\u0131m\u0131 y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir zaman s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tahmin ediliyor.<\/p>\n
Titus T\u00fcneli, 300\u2019l\u00fc y\u0131llara dayanan ge\u00e7mi\u015fiyle yerli ve yabanc\u0131 turistlerin yo\u011fun ilgisini \u00e7ekiyor. Musa Da\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan gelen sel sular\u0131n\u0131n limana zarar vermemesi i\u00e7in Roma \u0130mparatoru Vespasian taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flanan ve o\u011flu Titus d\u00f6neminde yap\u0131m\u0131 tamamlanan Titus T\u00fcneli tarihe \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutuyor.<\/p>\n
Yakla\u015f\u0131k bin 380 metre uzunlu\u011funda, 7 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011finde ve 6 metre geni\u015fli\u011findeki t\u00fcnelin \u00fcst taraf\u0131n\u0131n belli noktalar\u0131n\u0131n kapal\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yer yer a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131klar bulunuyor. T\u00fcnelin deniz taraf\u0131na bakan k\u0131sm\u0131nda kaya mezarlar\u0131 bulunuyor. Kaya mezarlar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu yer, t\u00fcnele yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 100 metre uzakl\u0131kta yer al\u0131yor. Kaya mezar\u0131 alan\u0131nda bulunan en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7ukur ise olduk\u00e7a g\u00f6steri\u015fli ve di\u011fer kaya mezarlar\u0131ndan daha farkl\u0131 tarzda yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 halk aras\u0131nda “Be\u015fikli Ma\u011fara” olarak biliniyor.<\/p>\n
