Olay yerine gelen ambulans ile \u0130skenderun devlet hastanesine kald\u0131r\u0131larak yo\u011fun bak\u0131ma al\u0131nan 6 Ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Mertcan, 4 g\u00fcn s\u00fcren ya\u015fam m\u00fccadelesini kaybederken doktorlar, babas\u0131n\u0131n merdivenden d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc iddia etti\u011fi Mertcan\u2019\u0131n v\u00fccudunun baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinde darp izleri oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Hatay Barosu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Avukat Sevin\u00e7 \u00c7ak\u0131c\u0131 ise mahkemenin verdi\u011fi karardan memnun olduklar\u0131n\u0131 belirterek “\u015eiddet uygulayan \u00f6zellikle aile i\u00e7i \u015fiddeti neredeyse geleneksel hale getirmek isteyenler i\u00e7in \u00e7ok ibret verici bir ceza oldu. Mahkeme iyi hal indirimi uygulamayarak b\u00f6yle \u015fiddet uygulayan ki\u015filere de \u00e7ok g\u00fczel bir ders verircesine ceza verdi.
