Adana\u2019da 15 Temmuz Demokrasi ve Milli Birlik G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn 3\u2019\u00fcnc\u00fc y\u0131l\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla 15 Temmuz Pazartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc Merkez Park\u2019ta d\u00fczenlenecek anma t\u00f6reni i\u00e7in Adana A\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar ve Pastac\u0131lar Derne\u011fi, 20 bin ki\u015fiye da\u011f\u0131tmak \u00fczere irmik helvas\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131yor. Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcn haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131na ba\u015flanan helva yap\u0131m\u0131nda tamamen g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak 40 a\u015f\u00e7\u0131 ve usta \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. 20 bin ki\u015fiye da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak helva malzemesi olan 500 kilogram \u015feker, 250 kilogram irmik, 100 litre s\u0131v\u0131ya\u011f, 150 adet margarin, 50 kilogram tereya\u011f\u0131 ve \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fcst malzemelerin hepsi Adana Sanayi Odas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131.<\/p>\n
Toplamda 8 kazanda pazartesi g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar haz\u0131rlanacak helvalar, 15 Temmuz Demokrasi ve Milli Birlik G\u00fcn\u00fcnde vatanda\u015flara da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak.
