Tapu i\u015flemlerinde b\u00fcrokrasinin ve k\u0131rtasiyecili\u011fin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla hizmete al\u0131nan e-ipotek uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131. Tapu i\u015flemlerinde b\u00fcrokrasinin ve k\u0131rtasiyecili\u011fin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla hizmete al\u0131nan e-ipotek uygulamas\u0131 ile ipotek i\u015flemleri tamamen elektronik ortamda yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Alt\u0131n Emlak Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mustafa Hakan \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131 konuyla ilgili yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, tapu hizmetlerinde i\u015flem s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin k\u0131salt\u0131lmas\u0131 ile hem personel i\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hem de h\u0131zl\u0131 hizmet ile vatanda\u015f memnuniyetinin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek, \u201cSon d\u00f6nemde ipotek tesisi ve de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi taleplerinin elektronik imza ile yap\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri ile banka, kurum aras\u0131nda ipotek i\u015flemlerine y\u00f6nelik belgelerin elden g\u00f6nderilmesi usul\u00fc de ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu elektronik entegrasyon sayesinde ipotek i\u015flemlerindeki maliyetler d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131 s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cTapu Kadastro Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanan rakamlara g\u00f6re e-ipotek sistemi ile Nisan ay\u0131nda 22 bin 461, May\u0131s ay\u0131nda ise 14 bin 916 adet ipotek i\u015flemi tamamlanm\u0131\u015f. Kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131, bankalar, Kredi ve Kefalet Kooperatiflerince a\u00e7\u0131lacak t\u00fcm kredilere kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k teminat g\u00f6sterilen gayrimenkullerin ipotek i\u015flemleri, taraflar\u0131n istemi halinde resmi senet tanzim edilmeksizin alacakl\u0131 ile bor\u00e7lu ve varsa kefilleri aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan kredi veya bor\u00e7 s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinin ta\u015f\u0131nmaz maliki veya vekili taraf\u0131ndan tek tarafl\u0131 olarak tapu m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine ibraz\u0131 halinde tapuya tescil edilmekte\u201d.<\/p>\n
