\u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nca kayyum atand\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemde, Sur il\u00e7esinde a\u00e7\u0131lan bir caddeye \u0130slam ordular\u0131 komutan\u0131 \u0130yaz bin Ganem\u2019in ad\u0131 verildi. Yerel se\u00e7imlerin ard\u0131ndan belediye y\u00f6netimi HDP\u2019li ba\u015fkana ge\u00e7ti. HDP\u2019li belediye y\u00f6netimince 19 Haziran\u2019da al\u0131nan meclis karar\u0131 ile \u0130yaz bin Ganem\u2019in isminin verildi\u011fi caddenin ad\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Diyarbak\u0131r Valili\u011fi\u2019nce yap\u0131lan tahkikat sonucunda, meclis karar\u0131n\u0131n mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011fu, Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019\u0131n \u0130slam ile \u015fereflenmesine vesile olan komutan\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131n verildi\u011fi caddenin ismi de\u011fi\u015ftirilerek PKK\/KCK ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcne yard\u0131m ve yatakl\u0131k yapmak su\u00e7undan hapis cezas\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f bir \u015fahs\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131n verilmesinin kamu vicdan\u0131n\u0131 yaralayacak nitelikte karar oldu\u011fundan karar reddedildi.<\/p>\n
