Genetik olarak yatk\u0131n bireylerde bu\u011fday, arpa, \u00e7avdar, yulaf gibi tah\u0131l ve tah\u0131l \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde bulunan \u201cgluten\u201d proteinine kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131l\u0131k sonucu geli\u015fen \u00e7\u00f6lyak hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla unlu mamuller t\u00fcketemeyen bireyler i\u00e7in Yunuspark Meydan Kafe\u2019de stant olu\u015fturdu. \u00c7\u00f6lyak hastalar\u0131 ve glutensiz beslenmeyi tercih eden bireyler burada pide, pizza, pasta ve benzeri g\u0131dalar\u0131 rahatl\u0131kla t\u00fcketebilecek.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan \u00c7er\u00e7i ve ekibine te\u015fekk\u00fcr eden Dernek Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u015eivecan bu projenin \u00e7\u00f6lyak hastalar\u0131n\u0131n sosyalle\u015fmesine b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi. Bizim i\u00e7in bir hayali ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f oluyoruz. \u00c7\u00f6lyakl\u0131lar\u0131n d\u0131\u015far\u0131da glutensiz bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc bulma \u015fans\u0131 \u00e7ok az. Buldu\u011fu \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc yeme \u015fans\u0131 ise yok. \u00d6zellikle glutenli yiyeceklerin sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir mekanda yemek yemek ise hayaldi. Sa\u011folsun, ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131za bu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 iletti\u011fimizde \u00e7ok g\u00fczel bir proje ile destek verdi.
