Ad\u0131yaman\u2019da haftal\u0131k olarak yay\u0131n yapan \u015eehirde Bu Hafta Gazetesinin sahibi Ferhat Vural, gazetenin internet sitesinde herhangi bir isim ve adres vermeden, masaj salonlar\u0131 ve fuhu\u015f tuza\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili aileleri uyaran bir haber yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n
Haberin ard\u0131ndan gazetenin bulundu\u011fu binada faaliyet g\u00f6steren masaj salonu i\u015fletmecisi Ferhat Vural hakk\u0131nda su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulundu. Polise ifade veren Gazeteci Ferhat Vural\u2019a, Ad\u0131yaman Aile Mahkemesi 1 ay \u2018uzakla\u015ft\u0131rma\u2019 cezas\u0131 verdi. Polisin tedbir karar\u0131n\u0131 Aile Mahkemesi onaylad\u0131. Bu ilgin\u00e7 karar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Gazeteci Ferhat Vural, \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gizleyemedi. Gazetecinin b\u00fcrosu ile masaj salonunun ayn\u0131 binada olmas\u0131 nedeniyle Gazeteci Ferhat Vural, ne yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u015fa\u015f\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n
Ferhat Vural, sosyal medya takip\u00e7ilerin mesaj\u0131 ile aileleri uyaran bir haber yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirerek, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye genelinde masaj salonlar\u0131yla ilgili bir \u00e7ok ahlaki olmayan konularda haber yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bizde aileleri uyarmak maksad\u0131yla bir haber yapt\u0131k. Bu haberi yaparken herhangi bir isim ve adres vermeden haber yapt\u0131k.<\/p>\n
Daha sonra bize su\u00e7 duyurusunda bulunarak \u015fikayet etmi\u015fler. \u015eikayet sonras\u0131nda mahkeme bize uzakla\u015ft\u0131rma cezas\u0131 vermi\u015f. Ben bu karar\u0131 anlamakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekiyorum. Ben bu habere konu olan ki\u015finin kocas\u0131 de\u011filim, dostu yada postu de\u011filim. Herhangi bir tart\u0131\u015fma ve \u015fiddet olay\u0131 aram\u0131zda ge\u00e7medi. Herhangi bir tehdit konusu da olmad\u0131.<\/p>\n
