Halk aras\u0131nda \u2018sab\u0131r otu\u2019 olarak da bilinen agave bitkisi, Ka\u015f\u2019a 42 kilometre uzakl\u0131ktaki Likya uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fkenti Patara Antik Kenti\u2019nde g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclendi. Ana vatan\u0131 Orta Amerika olan kakt\u00fcs t\u00fcr\u00fc iki agave bitkisinin \u00e7i\u00e7ek a\u00e7mas\u0131, b\u00f6lgede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kaz\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7ilerini de mutlu etti.
