Sivas Cumhuriyet \u00dcniversitesin \u00fclkemizdeki bu\u011fday \u00fcretiminde devrim olu\u015fturacak bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 y\u0131ld\u0131r y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sonucunda so\u011fuk ve kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ana\u00e7lar \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan melezleme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 sonu\u00e7 verdi. Bu \u015fekilde \u00e7evresel etkenlerden dolay\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u00fcr\u00fcn kayb\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olacak. Bu kapsamda \u00fcniversite yerle\u015fkesi i\u00e7erisinde yeti\u015ftirilen bu\u011fday \u00e7e\u015fit adaylar\u0131n\u0131 hasad\u0131 bug\u00fcn yap\u0131ld\u0131. Hasat olgunlu\u011funa ula\u015fan bu\u011fday hatlar\u0131 elle teker teker hasat edildi. B\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6zenle hasat edilen ba\u015faklar daha sonra laboratuvara g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Burada tek ba\u015fak harman makinesi yard\u0131m\u0131 ile bu\u011fday taneleri tek tek ba\u015faklar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Konuyla ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Cumhuriyet \u00dcniversitesi Sivas Meslek Y\u00fcksek Okulu Bitkisel ve Hayvansal \u00dcretim B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Do\u00e7. Dr. Tolga Karak\u00f6y, bu\u011fday \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n devam etti\u011fini belirterek, \u201cBiliyorsunuz son d\u00f6nemlerde de\u011fi\u015fen iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcnler \u00fczerinde olumsuz baz\u0131 etkilerde bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bizimde amac\u0131m\u0131z burada \u00f6zellikle yeti\u015ftirilen \u015fuanda kullan\u0131lan \u00e7e\u015fitlerde g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz eksiklikleri ve bahsetti\u011fimiz iklimsel de\u011fi\u015fimlerde abiyotik stres ko\u015fullar\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131 daha verimli daha kaliteli hastal\u0131k ve zararl\u0131 kara daha toleransl\u0131 yeni \u00e7e\u015fitlerin geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in melezleme \u0131slah \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z kapsam\u0131nda elde etti\u011fimiz hatlar\u0131m\u0131z var. Bu kapsamda \u015fu anda \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde 1-2 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde Tohumluk Tescil ve Sertifikasyon Merkezine tescil edilmek \u00fczere sunaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7e\u015fit adaylar\u0131m\u0131z var” dedi.<\/p>\n
