Dr. Tahir B\u00fcy\u00fckak\u0131n\u2019\u0131n Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 aday\u0131 oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7im vaadi olarak a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 proje hayata ge\u00e7iriliyor. Proje kapsam\u0131nda belediyeye ait iki bina, bundan sonra ihtiya\u00e7 sahibi vatanda\u015flar, bar\u0131nma imk\u00e2n\u0131 olmayan ve sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri i\u00e7in il d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelen hasta yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n faydalanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fccretsiz konaklayaca\u011f\u0131 yerlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek. \u0130zmit il\u00e7esi Kuru\u00e7e\u015fme Mahallesi\u2019nde 10 bin 538 metrekarelik alanda bulunan 2 bloktan olu\u015fan binalarda toplam 21 daire, ihtiya\u00e7 sahiplerini misafir edecek.<\/p>\n
Hayat\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekte zorlanan, bar\u0131nma imk\u00e2n\u0131 olmayan ve Kocaeli\u2019de sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerinden faydalanan ihtiya\u00e7 sahibi vatanda\u015flar\u0131n konaklayaca\u011f\u0131 binalar iki bloktan olu\u015fuyor. Binalar\u0131n bo\u015falt\u0131m s\u00fcreci devam ediyor. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 ay s\u00fcrecek olan bo\u015falt\u0131m i\u015fleminin ard\u0131ndan binalar, bar\u0131nma merkezi ve hasta yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n faydalanaca\u011f\u0131 tesisler haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek. Tapu alan\u0131 10 bin 538 metrekare olan yerle\u015fim yerinin konut alan\u0131 3 bin 685 metrekare olarak belirtiliyor. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehire ait iki binada toplam 21 daire bulunuyor.
