Giresun Ke\u015fap F\u0131nd\u0131k \u00dcreticileri Birli\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa \u015eahin f\u0131nd\u0131k hasad\u0131 \u00f6ncesi \u00fcreticilere uyar\u0131larda bulundu.<\/p>\n
F\u0131nd\u0131k hasad\u0131n\u0131n tam olgunla\u015fmadan toplan\u0131lmamas\u0131, harmanlanmas\u0131 ve \u00e7uvallamas\u0131 konular\u0131nda \u00fcreticileri bilgilendiren Ke\u015fap F\u0131nd\u0131k \u00dcreticileri Birli\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u015eahin, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00f6nemli ihra\u00e7 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden biri olan ve b\u00fcy\u00fck ekonomik de\u011fere sahip f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n hak etti\u011fi de\u011feri bulabilmesi, kalite ve itibar\u0131n\u0131n zedelenmemesi i\u00e7in hasat d\u00f6nemi bir tak\u0131m konulara dikkat edilmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Bah\u00e7ede bulunan ve farkl\u0131 zamanlarda hasat olgunlu\u011funa gelen farkl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitler hasat olgunlu\u011funa g\u00f6re ayr\u0131, ayr\u0131 hasat edilmelidir. Hasat, yerden ve f\u0131nd\u0131klar tam olgunla\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Hasat olgunlu\u011funa gelip kendili\u011finden yere d\u00f6k\u00fclen f\u0131nd\u0131klar yerde bekletilmeden toplanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Hasat edilen f\u0131nd\u0131klar j\u00fct (panike) \u00e7uvallar i\u00e7erisinde, ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn harmana getirilmeli, kesinlikle naylon \u00e7uvallar i\u00e7inde ve s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131k bir vaziyette bah\u00e7ede bekletilmemelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunun sonucunda k\u00fcflenme ve \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcme ba\u015flar. Harmana getirilen zuruflu f\u0131nd\u0131klar b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar ve kal\u0131n tabaka olu\u015fturacak \u015fekilde y\u0131\u011f\u0131l\u0131p bekletilmemelidir. Z\u00fcruflu f\u0131nd\u0131klar toprakla temas ettirilmemeli ve ya\u011fmurdan korunmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dczerine \u00f6rt\u00fclen naylon \u00f6rt\u00fc \u00e7ardak \u015feklinde olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Z\u00fcruflu f\u0131nd\u0131klar; beton harmanlarda 15-20 cm kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda serilerek g\u00fcne\u015fte bir,iki g\u00fcn soldurulduktan sonra patoza verilmelidir. Patoza verilen f\u0131nd\u0131klar hi\u00e7 zaman ge\u00e7irmeden harmana serilmeli ve kararmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in saat ba\u015f\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer harman beton de\u011filse f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n toprakla temas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in j\u00fct tente veya bez kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Beton veya j\u00fct tente \u00fczerine sererek kurumaya b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z f\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 ya\u011fmurdan korumak i\u00e7in \u00fczerine \u00f6rtece\u011fimiz naylon \u00f6rt\u00fc direkt f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00fczerine de\u011fil, en az 30-40 cm y\u00fckseklikte \u00e7ardak yaparak \u00f6rt\u00fclmelidir. Tam olarak kuruyan (en fazla y\u00fczde 6 nem) kabuklu dane f\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131n i\u00e7indeki patozun k\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7 f\u0131nd\u0131klarla yabanc\u0131 maddeler se\u00e7ilmelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu maddelerin dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k s\u00fcresi az oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in k\u00fcflenerek aflatoksin olu\u015fturabilmektedir. Kuruyan f\u0131nd\u0131klar iyice so\u011fuduktan sonra, sabah erken veya ak\u015fam ge\u00e7 saatte j\u00fct \u00e7uvallara koyulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Naylon \u00e7uvallarda f\u0131nd\u0131klar k\u0131z\u0131\u015fma yapmakta, bunun sonucu da k\u00fcflenme olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131ndan j\u00fct \u00e7uval kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.
