Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u201cKamu \u00d6zel \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi\u201d (PPP) modeli ile i\u015fletilen hastanede, R\u00f6nesans \u0130\u015fetme Hizmetleri taraf\u0131ndan sunulan Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon hizmetlerinden \u201ctopuk dikeni\u201d nedeniyle ba\u015fvuran hastalar da yararlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
\u201cV\u00fccut d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00fcretildikten sonra bir uygulama ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile v\u00fccudun istenilen b\u00f6lgesine uygulanan bas\u0131n\u00e7 dalgalar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir fizik tedavi y\u00f6ntemi\u201d olan ve Extracorporeal Shoch Wavw Therapy (ESWT) diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan \u201c\u015eok Dalga\u201d ile topuk dikeni rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan birka\u00e7 seansta kurtulmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oluyor.<\/p>\n
\u00c7e\u015fitli kas iskelet sistemi hastal\u0131klar\u0131nda da etkili olan bu y\u00f6ntem, toplumda her 10 ki\u015fiden birinde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc belirtilen topuk dikeninde yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n
Uzun s\u00fcre ayakta kalan, yanl\u0131\u015f ayakkab\u0131 se\u00e7imi yapan, uzun s\u00fcre sert zeminde y\u00fcr\u00fcyen, fazla kilolu olan ve sporcularda ise \u00f6zellikle ko\u015fucularda antrenman program\u0131nda yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikler sonucu g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen \u201cTopuk Dikeni\u201d nedeniyle ba\u015fvuran hastalara cerrahi uygulamaya gerek kalmadan \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunuluyor.<\/p>\n
Uzun y\u0131llar b\u00f6brek ta\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131rmak amac\u0131 ile kullan\u0131lan bu teknik, topuk dikeninde tedaviye erken d\u00f6nemde ba\u015flanmas\u0131 halinde b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda iyile\u015fme sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
