\u0130zmir \u0130l Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00d6\u011fretmen Yeti\u015ftirme ve Geli\u015ftirme Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Adnan Boyac\u0131, m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckte d\u00fczenlenen toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131larak E\u011fitim Bili\u015fim A\u011f\u0131 (EBA), AR-GE, dijital i\u00e7erik geli\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin bilgi ald\u0131. Boyac\u0131, toplant\u0131da yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada 2023 hedefleri do\u011frultusunda e\u011fitimde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc kaydetti. E\u011fitim sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n her b\u00f6lgede ortak \u00f6zellikler g\u00f6sterdi\u011fine i\u015faret eden Boyac\u0131, “\u0130zmir\u2019de yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar gayet ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 yak\u0131ndan takip ediyorum. \u00dclkemizde 2023 vizyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde teknolojiyi yakalayan yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 e\u011fitimi uygulamaya koymak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar devam ediyor” ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n

Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenledi\u011fi mesleki geli\u015fim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na 650 bin \u00f6\u011fretmenin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisini veren Boyac\u0131, \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti: “Art\u0131k eski sorunlarla ilgilenmiyoruz. Bak\u0131n \u0130zmir\u2019de \u00f6\u011fretmen a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yok. Yetki g\u00fcc\u00fcnden daha \u00e7ok etki g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kullanan e\u011fitimciler ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 yakalayabiliyor. \u00d6\u011fretmenlik meslek kanununun hayata ge\u00e7irilmesi ile \u00f6\u011fretmenlerimize gerekli mesleki pozisyonlar\u0131, kariyer planlamalar\u0131n\u0131n da uygulamaya koyulmas\u0131 hedeflenmektedir. \u00d6\u011fretmenlerimiz ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, kendi ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimlerine katk\u0131da bulunan e\u011fitimleri tercih ediyorlar.”<\/p>\n
