T\u00fcrkiye Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar\u0131 Konfederasyonu (TESK) Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Bendevi Paland\u00f6ken, \u201cDepozito uygulamas\u0131 plastik at\u0131k ithalat\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131r” dedi.<\/p>\n
T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin plastik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde d\u00fcnyan\u0131n alt\u0131nc\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fclkesi oldu\u011funu ve 10 milyon ton plastik \u00fcretildi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan TESK Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Bendevi Paland\u00f6ken, \u201c\u00dclkemizde \u00fcretilen 10 milyon ton plasti\u011fin 4 milyon tonu ambalaj olarak \u00fcretiliyor. Ancak \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re bunlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 50\u2019si geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme kazand\u0131r\u0131labiliyor. Geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yetersiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in Avrupa \u00fclkelerinden plastik at\u0131k ithal ediyoruz. Sadece 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda bu ithalattan kaynakl\u0131 cari a\u00e7\u0131k 52 milyon avroyu ge\u00e7ti. Ba\u015fta \u0130ngiltere olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok Avrupa \u00fclkesinden ithal etti\u011fimiz plastik at\u0131klar \u00fcretim ve geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ham madde elde etmemizi engelliyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Plastik at\u0131k ithalat\u0131n\u0131n \u00fclkemizde her y\u0131l artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7eken Paland\u00f6ken, \u201cPlastikler, ku\u015fkusuz ula\u015f\u0131mdan, tekstile, g\u0131da ve i\u00e7ecek ambalaj\u0131ndan, ara\u00e7lara hatta evlerimizin in\u015faat\u0131ndan tesisat\u0131na kadar bir \u00e7ok alanda kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu kadar \u00e7ok kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 bulunan, ta\u015f\u0131mada, saklamada uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc olmas\u0131 nedeniyle kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flayan plastikler, kullan\u0131m\u0131 sonras\u0131 kontroll\u00fc bir \u015fekilde geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclemedi\u011finde tehlike sa\u00e7abiliyor. Geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmedi\u011fimiz her bir plastik at\u0131k, hem \u00e7evremizi kirleterek sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tehdit ediyor hem de ekonomiye b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zarar veriyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc plastik at\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc tam olarak yapamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in bir\u00e7ok Avrupa \u00fclkesinden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye plastik men\u015feili at\u0131klar ithal ediyoruz. \u00d6yle ki, 2016\u2019da 159.569 ton olan ithal plastik at\u0131k miktar\u0131 2018\u2019de y\u00fczde 68 artarak 439.909 tona ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu y\u0131l ise plastik at\u0131k ithalat\u0131n\u0131n 670 bin tona \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin ediliyor. Oysa \u00fcretti\u011fimiz plastikleri b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme kazand\u0131rsak ham madde i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z plastik at\u0131k ithalat\u0131 bu boyutlara ula\u015fmaz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Plastik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6nc\u00fc konumunda olan \u00fclkemizin geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde de ayn\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 yakalamas\u0131 i\u00e7in depozito uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemine de\u011finen Paland\u00f6ken, \u201cDo\u011fada en \u00e7ok bulunan plastiklerin ba\u015f\u0131nda pet \u015fi\u015feler ve \u015fi\u015felerin kapaklar\u0131 geliyor. At\u0131k hale gelen \u015fi\u015felerin al\u00fcminyum, cam ve pet olmas\u0131 fark etmeksizin depozito uygulamas\u0131 ile t\u00fcketicilerin bu ambalajlar\u0131 getirmesinin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekir. Geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir at\u0131klar\u0131n di\u011fer at\u0131klarla birlikte \u00e7\u00f6pe gitmemesi i\u00e7in en uygun sistem depozito sistemidir.
