Ci\u011ferli, &#8220;Artan hava s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 ile birlikte v\u00fccudumuzda s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131 olu\u015facakt\u0131r. Bu nedenle g\u00fcnde ortalama 2-2,5 litre su t\u00fcketilmelidir. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011fl\u0131 yiyeceklerden uzak durmak gerekiyor. \u00d6zellikle  k\u0131zart\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, kavurma, salamura, tuz i\u00e7eri\u011fi y\u00fcksek olan besinler yerine tercihi daha hafif besinlerden yana kullan\u0131lmal\u0131. K\u0131zartma yerine f\u0131r\u0131nda, \u0131zgara, ha\u015flama olarak yemekler t\u00fcketilmeli. Yaz\u0131n et t\u00fcketimini de s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rmak gerekiyor. Fazla ya\u011fl\u0131 yiyeceklerin yaz mevsiminde sindirimi \u00e7ok daha zordur. Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 olan ki\u015filerin \u00f6zellikle havalar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131nmas\u0131 ile birlikte \u015fikayetlerinde de art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6rmekteyiz. \u00d6zellikle hipertansiyonu olan ki\u015filerin daha dikkatli olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Tur\u015fu, peynir gibi  salamura besinlerin t\u00fcketimi s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Sebze ve meyve t\u00fcketiminin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade eden Ci\u011ferli, &#8220;Az ya\u011fl\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sebze yemeklerini mutlaka bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde yer vermeli. G\u00fcnde 5-9 porsiyon \u00f6nerilen meyve-sebze porsiyonudur. Yap\u0131lan en \u00f6nemli hatalar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda \u015fekerli i\u00e7ecek t\u00fcketimi gelmektedir. \u015eekerli i\u00e7ecek i\u00e7ildi\u011finde o anl\u0131k kendimizi iyi hissetmemizi sa\u011flarken, uzun s\u00fcrede ya\u015fanan susuzluk ve a\u00e7l\u0131k duygusu ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. \u015eekerli i\u00e7ecek yerine ayran, maden suyu, evde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u015fekersiz komposto, limonata gibi do\u011fal i\u00e7ecekler tercih edilmelidir. Yemek saatlerini de \u00e7ok ge\u00e7e b\u0131rakmadan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmelidir. \u00d6\u011f\u00fcn saatlerinin atlanmamas\u0131 da \u00f6nemlidir. Ki\u015fiye ba\u011fl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte 3 ana 3 ara \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn \u015feklinde beslenmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterin. Fiziksel aktivite haftada 3-4 g\u00fcn 30- 45 dakikal\u0131k egzersizler halinde olmal\u0131d\u0131r.
