\u0130sve\u00e7\u2019in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehirlerinden Eskiltuna Belediye Meclisi Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerinden gelen dilencilerden, i\u015fgal harc\u0131 olarak ayl\u0131k 25 Euro de\u011ferinde 250 \u0130sve\u00e7 kronu alaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duyurdu. Belediye taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada bu harc\u0131 \u00f6deyen dilencilerin istedikleri yerlerde dilenebilecekleri \u00f6te yandan vermeyi reddedenlerin ise para cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 aktar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
\u0130sve\u00e7\u2019te dilenmenin yasak olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n belediyeler artan dilenci say\u0131s\u0131 sebebiyle bu durumun \u00f6n\u00fcne yasal olarak ge\u00e7ilmesi talep ediyor. \u00d6te yandan belediyeler \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ocuklu dilencilere bar\u0131nma konusunda yard\u0131m ediyor.<\/p>\n
