Do\u011fru beslenmeyle bu sorunlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilece\u011fini belirten Uzman Diyetisyen \u0130rem D\u00fcr\u00e7ek, bu d\u00f6nemde s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimin olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek, kalorisiz su t\u00fcketilmesini \u00f6nerdi.<\/p>\n<p>Yaz aylar\u0131yla birlikle beslenme rutininde de de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirten Beykent \u00dcniversitesi \u00d6\u011fr. \u00dcyesi Uzman Diyetisyen \u0130rem D\u00fcr\u00e7ek, bu d\u00f6nemde terlemeye ba\u011fl\u0131 ya\u015fanacak s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in bol miktarda kalorisiz su ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri t\u00fcketilmesini \u00f6nerdi. Kilo vermek isteyenlerin ise tah\u0131l grubunu t\u00fcketirken dikkatli olmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fi konusunda uyaran D\u00fcr\u00e7ek; makarna, bulgur, pirin\u00e7 gibi tah\u0131l \u00fcr\u00fcnleriyle birlikte ya\u011f t\u00fcketiminin de artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin yerine tam bu\u011fday, \u00e7avdar ya da ciddi bir kans\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (Anemi) olmayanlar\u0131n kepekli ekmek tercih edilebilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. S\u0131cak havalarda s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen g\u0131da zehirlenmesi konusunda da uyar\u0131larda bulunan D\u00fcr\u00e7ek, do\u011fru beslenmeyle v\u00fccut savunma sisteminin korunup, bu sorunun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilece\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00d6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 ki\u015fiye g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiyor\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fru beslenmede en \u00f6nemli noktalardan birinin \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ki\u015finin kendi fizyolojisine g\u00f6re ayarlamas\u0131 oldu\u011funu ifade eden D\u00fcr\u00e7ek, \u201cKi\u015filerin v\u00fccut ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 farkl\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 vermek do\u011fru olmaz. Ki\u015fi g\u00fcnde ka\u00e7 \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn besleniyorsa gerekli olan ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 bu \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerden almal\u0131. Buna ek olarak \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc t\u00fcketimi olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemli. Ki\u015fi beslendi\u011fi her \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn ba\u015f\u0131na bir bardak s\u00fct, yo\u011furt, ayran gibi s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc t\u00fcketmeli. Yaz aylar\u0131nda kiloyu korumak ad\u0131na bu g\u0131dalar yerine ekmek t\u00fcketimi daha makul olacakt\u0131r. Yaln\u0131z ekmek t\u00fcketirken beyaz undan yap\u0131lanlar\u0131 de\u011fil, tam bu\u011fday, \u00e7avdar ya da ki\u015fide ciddi bir anemi yoksa kepekli ekmek de tercih edilebilir\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKalorisiz su t\u00fcketimi \u00f6nemli\u201d<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131cak havalarda terlemeye ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak v\u00fccutta ciddi miktarda s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131 ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen D\u00fcr\u00e7ek, s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimiyle ilgili \u015fu \u00f6nerilerde bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201c S\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131 ve terlemeyle birlikte sodyum ve potasyum kayb\u0131 da meydana gelebiliyor. Bu durum kendini yorgunluk halsizlik ve ba\u015f d\u00f6nmesi \u015feklinde g\u00f6sterebiliyor. Sodyum kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in ayran t\u00fcketilebilir. Potasyum kayb\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyebilmek i\u00e7in de bol sebze, meyve t\u00fcketimini \u00f6nerebilirim. Ayr\u0131ca m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar asitli, gazl\u0131 ve \u015fekerli i\u00e7eceklerden uzak durmak gerekiyor. En uygun olan\u0131 kalori i\u00e7ermeyen su t\u00fcketimidir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7ay, kahve \u015fekersiz ve kremas\u0131z olarak kullan\u0131labilir ve ki\u015fi e\u011fer \u015feker hastas\u0131 de\u011filse taze s\u0131k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f meyve suyu da t\u00fcketebilir. Nitekim ayran a\u015f\u0131 tarz\u0131nda \u00e7orbalar\u0131n da bu d\u00f6nemde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketimini kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in uygundur. G\u00fcnl\u00fck al\u0131nan s\u0131v\u0131 miktar\u0131n\u0131 ise ki\u015finin kilosunun 33 ile \u00e7arp\u0131m\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan rakam olarak s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>G\u0131da zehirlenmesine dikkat!<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131cakl\u0131kla birlikte g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir di\u011fer sorunun g\u0131da zehirlenmesi oldu\u011funu ifade eden D\u00fcr\u00e7ek, \u201cG\u0131da zehirlenmelerine kar\u015f\u0131 v\u00fccut savunma sistemini korumam\u0131z gerekiyor. Bunun i\u00e7in de s\u00fct, yo\u011furt, ayran gibi s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri t\u00fcketilebilir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda bol sebze, meyve t\u00fcketilmeli. Salata t\u00fcketimi de bu d\u00f6nemde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. G\u0131da zehirlenmelerine kar\u015f\u0131 salata malzemelerinin sirkeli suda bekletilmesi gerekiyor. Meyve ve sebze t\u00fcketimini artt\u0131rman\u0131n bir di\u011fer faydas\u0131 ise i\u00e7erisinde bol miktarda s\u0131v\u0131, vitamin ve antioksidanlar\u0131n bulundurmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde v\u00fccudun savunma sistemi do\u011fal yoldan korunmu\u015f olur\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Beslenmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 ya\u015fanan sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na da de\u011finen D\u00fcr\u00e7ek, \u201cYeme i\u00e7me bozuklu\u011fu ya\u015fayanlarda s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen hastal\u0131klar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda diyabet geliyor.  Yaz aylar\u0131yla birlikte \u015fekerli meyvelerin t\u00fcketimi de art\u0131yor.  Karpuz, kiraz, \u00fcz\u00fcm gibi meyvelerin t\u00fcketimini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar s\u0131n\u0131rlayabilmek \u00f6nemli. Nitekim \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerde karbonhidrat dengesine dikkat etmek gerekiyor.
