Isparta Uygulamal\u0131 Bilimler \u00dcniversitesi (ISUB\u00dc) taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klama ile Anayasa Mahkemesinin (AYM), “Bar\u0131\u015f \u0130\u00e7in Akademisyenler \u0130nisiyatifi” hakk\u0131nda verdi\u011fi \u2018Hak ihlali\u2019 karar\u0131na tepki g\u00f6sterilerek, bu durumun toplumda derin bir hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
ISUB\u00dc taraf\u0131ndan \u2018Kamuoyuna Duyuru\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadeler yer ald\u0131:<\/p>\n
\u201cAYM\u2019nin, \u2019Bar\u0131\u015f \u0130\u00e7in Akademisyenler \u0130nisiyatifi\u2019 metnine imza atan akademisyenlerin, \u2019ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc propagandas\u0131 yapmak\u2019 su\u00e7undan cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucu yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bireysel ba\u015fvuruda hak ihlali karar\u0131 vermesi, toplumda derin bir hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na yol a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bireylerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve ifade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Anayasa ve uluslararas\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerle g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, ter\u00f6rle m\u00fccadeleyi \u2019k\u0131y\u0131m\u2019 kamu g\u00fcvenli\u011fini \u2019katliam\u2019 olarak nitelendirmek asla ifade ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olarak kabul edilemez. \u0130fade \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli yarg\u0131sal kurum olan Anayasa Mahkemesi; ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcne tek bir ele\u015ftiri yapmadan, kamu g\u00fcvenli\u011fini zedeleyici ve ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc propagandas\u0131 niteli\u011findeki s\u00f6zde bildiriyi destekleyenlere uygulanan m\u00fceyyideyi bir hak ihlali olarak de\u011ferlendirmi\u015ftir.
