Bursaspor\u2019a ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan Nil\u00fcfer Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Erdem, “Bursaspor 5 b\u00fcy\u00fckten biri. Bu duruma d\u00fc\u015fmesini ger\u00e7ekten kimse istemezdi. \u015eampiyonlu\u011fu olan bir tak\u0131m\u0131n bu duruma d\u00fc\u015fmesi bizi ciddi anlamda \u00fcz\u00fcyor. Bir Bursal\u0131 olarak, bir Bursaspor Kongre \u00fcyesi olarak benim en \u00e7ok \u00fcz\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm konulardan biri” dedi.<\/p>\n
“Milletvekilleri devreye girmeli”<\/p>\n
Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz haftalarda Bursa Valisi Yakup Canbolat ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u015fehir protokol\u00fcn\u00fcn Bursaspor y\u00f6netimiyle bir araya geldi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Erdem, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n
“Maalesef \u00e7ok somut \u00f6neriler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131. Bir tek bizler \u2019Radikal kararlar vermemiz laz\u0131m, bunun i\u00e7in de milletvekillerinin g\u00f6rev almalar\u0131 gerekiyor\u2019 dedik. \u00c7ok basit bir \u00f6neri sunduk. Bursaspor\u2019un \u015fu an tesislerinin bulundu\u011fu bir arazi var. Buras\u0131 Hazine\u2019ye ait. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 80 d\u00f6n\u00fcm civar\u0131nda bir alan: Buradaki m\u00fclkiyetin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bir \u00fccret kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Bursaspor\u2019a verilmesi. Bu yap\u0131labilir. Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu t\u00fcr i\u015flemleri bir\u00e7ok yerde yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu alan\u0131n Bursaspor\u2019a verilmesi ve B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin de bu alan \u00fczerinde bir imar tasarrufunu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi halinde, Bursaspor buradan ciddi anlamda bir de\u011fer kazanacakt\u0131r. Bu de\u011fer de Bursaspor\u2019un bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n hemen hemen tamam\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacakt\u0131r. Zor bir i\u015f de\u011fil. Biraz siyasi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla yap\u0131lacak bir konudur.”<\/p>\n
“BTSO kampanya ba\u015flatabilir”<\/p>\n
\u0130kinci bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f daha dile getiren Erdem, “Bursa Ticaret ve Sanayi Odas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (BTSO) 40 bin \u00fcyesi var. Her \u00fcyeden bin kira ya da 10 bin lira gibi, 10 ayda biner biner vermesi kayd\u0131yla bile 400 milyon gibi bir gelir elde edilebilir. Bunun i\u00e7in bir kampanya yap\u0131labilir. Bu kampanyay\u0131 BTSO \u00fcstlenebilir. Bir taraftan imarla ilgili k\u0131sma milletvekilleri sahip \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Bu bir defaya mahsus olarak yap\u0131l\u0131r ve ondan sonra da kontroll\u00fc bir \u015fekilde kul\u00fcb\u00fcn y\u00f6netilmesi laz\u0131m” dedi.<\/p>\n
“Radikal kararlar \u015fart”<\/p>\n
Radikal bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lmadan Bursaspor\u2019un \u00e7\u0131kmazdan kurtulamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Erdem, “Baz\u0131lar\u0131 Ben mi yapt\u0131m bu borcu diyor. Bu y\u0131llardan beri s\u00fcregelen bir sorun. Bug\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve art\u0131k ligden d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f\u00fcz. Tahtan\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 konusunda ciddi sorunlar ya\u015fan\u0131yor” diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
