Ye\u015fil-beyazl\u0131 kul\u00fcpten yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi: “Kul\u00fcb\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn 23.06.2019 tarihinde yap\u0131lan ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc se\u00e7imli genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, Ali Ay ve y\u00f6netim kurulu oy birli\u011fi ile ibr\u00e2 (temize \u00e7\u0131karma) edilmemi\u015ftir. Ayn\u0131 genel kurulda, Ali Ay lehine y\u00f6netim kurulu taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131nan do\u011fmu\u015f ve do\u011facak gelirlere ili\u015fkin yap\u0131lan temlik (m\u00fclk\u00fc devretme) ve ke\u015fide ettikleri \u00e7ekler oy birli\u011fi ile iptal edilmi\u015ftir. Bunun \u00fczerine ayn\u0131 y\u00f6netim kurulu i\u00e7inde yer alan 2\u2019nci ba\u015fkan Cem \u00d6zt\u00fcrk ve mali asba\u015fkan Adem Sakarya taraf\u0131ndan ba\u015fka mahkemede, ayn\u0131 mahiyette benzer dava a\u00e7\u0131larak, 23.06.2019 tarihinde yap\u0131lan Bursaspor se\u00e7imli ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc genel kurulunda al\u0131nan kararlara ili\u015fkin y\u00f6netim kurulu kararlar\u0131n\u0131n iptaline dair 7\u2019nci madde ile genel kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda al\u0131nan bir \u00f6nceki y\u00f6netim kurulunun ibr\u00e2 edilmemesine ili\u015fkin 8\u2019inci maddenin, mahkeme taraf\u0131ndan tedbiren durdurulmas\u0131na karar verilmi\u015ftir. \u0130lgili karar 01.08.2019 tarihinde kul\u00fcb\u00fcm\u00fcze tebli\u011f olmu\u015f, 02.08.2019 tarihinde de, y\u00f6netim kurulumuz taraf\u0131ndan ilgili tedbire acilen itiraz edilmi\u015ftir.
