Mardin\u2019in Nusaybin il\u00e7esinde 1 May\u0131s 2016\u2019da Hendek Operasyonu\u2019nda 3 arkada\u015f\u0131yla birlikte \u015fehit olan Uzman \u00c7avu\u015f Hakan Duygal\u2019\u0131n e\u015fi Sibel Duygal ve annesi Ay\u015fe Duygal, Anayasa Mahkemesi (AYM) Genel Kurulunun, “Bar\u0131\u015f \u0130\u00e7in Akademisyenler \u0130nisiyatifi” olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan metne imza atan baz\u0131 akademisyenlerin, \u2019ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc propagandas\u0131 yapma su\u00e7undan cezaland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131\u2019 gerek\u00e7esiyle yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bireysel ba\u015fvuruda verdi\u011fi hak ihlali karar\u0131na tepki g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n
Kahramanmara\u015f \u015eeyh Adil Mezarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fehitli\u011findeki e\u015finin mezar\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret eden \u015fehit e\u015fi Sibel Duygal, Meyra, Mustafa Berk ve \u015e\u00fckr\u00fc Bu\u011fra ad\u0131nda 3 \u00e7ocu\u011funun babas\u0131z b\u00fcy\u00fcyece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. Al\u0131nan karar\u0131n \u015fehitler ad\u0131na yak\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Duygal, \u201cE\u015fim 1 May\u0131s 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda Mardin\u2019in Nusaybin il\u00e7esinde hendek operasyonlar\u0131nda \u015fehit oldu. 2 erkek bir k\u0131z\u0131m var. E\u015fim \u015fehit oldu\u011funda \u00e7ocu\u011fum 10 ayl\u0131kt\u0131 ve babas\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7 tan\u0131m\u0131yor. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm tek bir \u015fey var, bu bayrak alt\u0131nda \u015fehitlerimizin kan\u0131n\u0131n oldu\u011fu bu bayra\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131nda ya\u015fayan ve ter\u00f6re destek veren herkes bizim g\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fczde katildir. Do\u011fmam\u0131\u015f \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmeyen bir s\u00fcr\u00fc \u015fehit \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z var. Benim \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m da babalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rece\u011fi zaman babalar\u0131 \u015fehit d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u00c7ok ac\u0131 ve \u00e7ok gurur verici bir \u015fey. Geride kalan 2 tane aslan par\u00e7as\u0131 o\u011flum var. Anayasa Mahkemesindeki al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olan karar\u0131 da k\u0131n\u0131yoruz, \u015fehitlerimiz ad\u0131na yak\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
\u015eehit annesi Ay\u015fe Duygal ise Anayasa Mahkemesi karar\u0131na tepkisini dile getirirken, “Parma\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7inde olan herkesin ci\u011ferleri yans\u0131n.
