Bekleme s\u00fcresinin ard\u0131ndan temizlenmesinden emin olduktan sonra doldurmaya al\u0131r\u0131z. Temizlemede p\u00fcf nokta sirkeli suda bekletirken suyun i\u00e7erisine limon suyu da eklemek. Bu \u015fekilde temizlenmesinin ard\u0131ndan bembeyaz olur. Mumbar dolmas\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde k\u0131yma, pirin\u00e7, so\u011fan ve baharatlar\u0131m\u0131z var. Dolma 1 saat kadar pi\u015fer. Mumbar\u0131 yiyenler \u00e7ok be\u011feniyor. Bir yiyen bir daha istiyor. Ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn m\u00fc\u015fterilerim yedi, bir daha istediler ama kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelenler bile a\u015fina ile yiyor” dedi.<\/p>\n
