Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n yo\u011fun talep g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi so\u011fuk baklava, yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra saatler i\u00e7erisinde t\u00fckeniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ankara\u2019da yar\u0131m as\u0131rd\u0131r tatl\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde olan Me\u015fhur S\u0131tk\u0131 Usta, T\u00fcrk mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez lezzetlerinden olan baklavay\u0131 yaz mevsimine uyarlad\u0131. F\u0131st\u0131kl\u0131 baklavan\u0131n \u015ferbetini s\u00fctle haz\u0131rlayan usta tatl\u0131c\u0131, so\u011futarak servis etti\u011fi tatl\u0131yla damaklar\u0131 \u015fenlendiriyor. Vatanda\u015flar\u0131n yaz mevsiminde yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi so\u011fuk baklava, haz\u0131rland\u0131ktan sonra saatler i\u00e7inde t\u00fckeniyor. T\u00fcrk damak tad\u0131na uygun olarak \u00fcretilen e\u015fsiz lezzet, haz\u0131rland\u0131ktan sonra \u00f6zel so\u011futucu dolapta en az 2 saat dinlendiriliyor. \u015eerbetinde s\u00fct kullan\u0131lan ve \u00fczerinde \u00e7ikolata ile sat\u0131\u015fa sunulan tatl\u0131 her ya\u015ftan bireyin damak tad\u0131na hitap ediyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir ilk olan bu lezzetin patenti i\u00e7in firma, ba\u015fvurusunu yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Firma sahiplerinden S\u00fcleyman Altunbay, m\u00fc\u015fterilerin yaz aylar\u0131nda so\u011fuk tatl\u0131 talep ettikleri i\u00e7in so\u011fuk baklavay\u0131 yapmaya karar verdiklerini s\u00f6yleyerek, \u201cNas\u0131l yapal\u0131m diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fck. \u0130lk \u00f6nce S\u00fctl\u00fc Nuriye\u2019den yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k olmad\u0131. So\u011fuk baklava, s\u00fctl\u00fc Nuriye ve g\u00fclla\u00e7la ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bir tatl\u0131. Bunu \u00e7ikolata ve s\u00fctle bulu\u015fturduktan sonra b\u00f6yle bir lezzetin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 fark ettik. Bunu m\u00fc\u015fterilere sunmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k, herkes \u00e7ok be\u011fendi. Daha da geli\u015ftirerek \u00e7ikolata \u00e7e\u015fitleriyle denedik. So\u011fuk baklavan\u0131n me\u015fakkatli bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ten ge\u00e7ti\u011fini anlatan Altunbay, &#8220;\u00d6zellikle yaz aylar\u0131nda 40-50 tepsi g\u00fcnl\u00fck talep oluyor. En \u00e7ok tercih edilen tatl\u0131 bu. \u00c7ok hafif olmas\u0131 ve so\u011fuk servis edilmesi nedeniyle yaz mevsiminde \u00e7ok tercih ediliyor. 2 saat boyunca buz dolab\u0131nda bekletiliyor, so\u011futuyoruz sonra \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p servis ediyoruz.  So\u011fuk baklavay\u0131 ilk biz \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k, patent i\u00e7in de ba\u015fvurumuzu yapt\u0131k, tescilini alaca\u011f\u0131z in\u015fallah.
