Ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi k\u0131smi fel\u00e7 ile sol kolunu oynatamayan Mine Gen\u00e7, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin \u201cKocaeli Anne \u015eehir\u201d projesi kapsam\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan spor salonunda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 egzersizlerle sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Kocaeli\u2019de ba\u015flat\u0131lan \u201cKocaeli Anne \u015eehir\u201d projesi 54 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki kad\u0131n\u0131n fel\u00e7li koluna derman oldu. Karam\u00fcrsel\u2019de ya\u015fayan Mine Gen\u00e7, 29 ya\u015f\u0131nda ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi k\u0131smi fel\u00e7 nedeniyle sol kolunu oynatam\u0131yordu. G\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc fizik tedaviyle kolunu \u00e7ok az oynatabilen Mine Gen\u00e7, arad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tedaviyi Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Sa\u011fl\u0131k ve Sosyal Hizmetler Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen \u2018Kocaeli Anne \u015eehir\u2019 projesinde buldu. \u00dccretsiz olarak a\u00e7\u0131lan spor salonunda antren\u00f6rler koordinesinde egzersizler yapan Gen\u00e7, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Sol kolu ve baca\u011f\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kas k\u0131salmas\u0131 nedeniyle ya\u015fant\u0131s\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Mine Gen\u00e7, \u201c\u015euan 54 ya\u015f\u0131nday\u0131m. 29 ya\u015f\u0131ndayken fel\u00e7 ge\u00e7irdim. Kocaeli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin \u2018Kocaeli Anne \u015eehir\u2019 projesini duydum. Bende hi\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnden ko\u015fup kay\u0131t oldum\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Spora gelirken tek kayg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n torunlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu ifade eden Gen\u00e7, \u201cBen torunlar\u0131ma bak\u0131yordum. B\u00f6yle bir yere gelmem i\u00e7in onlar\u0131 b\u0131rakacak bir yer bulmam gerekiyordu. Buraya geldi\u011fimde \u2018Kocaeli Anne \u015eehir\u2019 projesinin Karam\u00fcrsel\u2019deki binas\u0131nda \u00e7ocuklara bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da \u00f6\u011frendim. Spora gelirken \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 ayn\u0131 bina i\u00e7erisinde bulunan yuvaya b\u0131rakabiliyorum. Onlar da burada e\u011fitim g\u00f6r\u00fcyorlar. Ben de g\u00f6z\u00fcm arkada kalmadan rahat bir \u015fekilde sporumu yapabiliyorum\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n
Kolunun iyile\u015fmesi ile b\u00fcy\u00fck sevin\u00e7 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Gen\u00e7, \u201cKolumun iyile\u015fmesinden umutsuzdum a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131 ama \u2018Kocaeli Anne \u015eehir\u2019 projesiyle tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Burada ger\u00e7ekten antren\u00f6rler e\u015fli\u011finde g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme egzersizleri yaparak fel\u00e7li olan kolumu kullanabilir hale geldim. Arkada\u015flar\u0131m ve akrabalar\u0131m beni g\u00f6r\u00fcnce art\u0131k \u015fa\u015f\u0131r\u0131yor, kolumu kullanabilmemi mutlulukla kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yorlar.
