{"id":191561,"date":"2019-08-08T10:32:13","date_gmt":"2019-08-08T07:32:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tvturk.com\/index.php\/suyu-dozunda-tuketin\/"},"modified":"2019-08-08T10:32:13","modified_gmt":"2019-08-08T07:32:13","slug":"suyu-dozunda-tuketin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.tvturk.com\/index.php\/suyu-dozunda-tuketin\/","title":{"rendered":"Suyu &#8220;dozunda&#8221; t\u00fcketin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u0130\u00e7 Hastal\u0131klar\u0131, Gastroenteroloji ve Hepatoloji Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Y\u00fcksel G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, ya\u015fam kayna\u011f\u0131 olan suyun do\u011fru ve yeterli t\u00fcketiminin \u00f6nemine dikkati \u00e7ekerken, ki\u015finin g\u00fcnl\u00fck su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n, ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imine, bulundu\u011fu co\u011frafyaya, kilosuna ve cinsiyetine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fru miktarlarda su t\u00fcketmenin v\u00fccuda onlarca faydas\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi fazla t\u00fcketiminin de ciddi zararlar olu\u015fturdu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. Y\u00fcksel G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, &#8220;V\u00fccuda al\u0131nan suyun 2.5-3 litrelik k\u0131sm\u0131; terleme, solunum, idrar ve benzeri aktivitelerle kaybedilir. Normal ko\u015fullarda g\u00fcnde ortalama 2-2.5 litre yani 10-12 bardak su ile t\u00fcketilen s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n yeri doldurulur. Normal ko\u015fullar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131, yani ki\u015finin fazla kilosu olmas\u0131, g\u00fcnl\u00fck aktiviteleri gibi durumlar su t\u00fcketimini artt\u0131rabilir. Basit bir hesaplama yapacak olursak, normal kilonun \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lan her 10 kilo i\u00e7in ekstra 1 bardak su t\u00fcketilmesi gerekir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Gere\u011finden fazla su i\u00e7mek metabolik dengeyi bozar\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Gere\u011finden fazla su t\u00fcketmenin de az t\u00fcketmek kadar tehlikeli oldu\u011funu dile getiren Prof. Dr. G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, suyun dengeli t\u00fcketilmesi konusunda uyar\u0131larda bulundu. Gere\u011finden fazla su i\u00e7menin metabolik dengeyi bozdu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc \u015funlar\u0131 kaydetti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Besinlerin sindirimi, dokulara ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 ve h\u00fccrelerde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucu olu\u015fan zararl\u0131 at\u0131klar\u0131n at\u0131lmas\u0131 ve v\u00fccut \u0131s\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenlenmesi i\u00e7in su gereklidir. V\u00fccutta yeterince su bulunmas\u0131 ya\u015fam i\u00e7in zorunludur. B\u00f6breklerin su atma kapasitesinin \u00fczerinde su al\u0131nmas\u0131 ise fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na neden olur. B\u00f6breklerin fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, i\u015flev kayb\u0131na yol a\u00e7ar. Bu durumda v\u00fccuttan at\u0131lamayan su, kanda birikerek sodyum, potasyum ve bir\u00e7ok mineral dengesinin bozulmas\u0131na neden olur. Bunlara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak v\u00fccuttaki t\u00fcm i\u015flevsel faaliyetler olumsuz bir \u015fekilde etkilenir.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6breklerin dakikada  ortalama 125 ml kan\u0131 s\u00fczge\u00e7ten ge\u00e7irebildiklerini ifade eden G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, &#8220;A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 su t\u00fcketimi \u2019hiponatremi\u2019ye neden olur. Kan\u0131n sodyum d\u00fczeyindeki d\u00fc\u015fmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 geli\u015fen beyin \u00f6demi, bulant\u0131, kusma, halsizlik, bilin\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri, kas\u0131lma n\u00f6betleri, koma ve hatta \u00f6l\u00fcme neden olabilir&#8221; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6brek hastalar\u0131 dikkat<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, \u00f6zellikle b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fi \u00e7eken hastalar\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f y\u00f6nlendirmelerle, &#8220;\u00dcremiz d\u00fc\u015fs\u00fcn, kan\u0131m\u0131z temizlensin&#8221; diyerek 3 litre, 5 litre su i\u00e7tiklerini, bunun sonucunda da zehirlenme olaylar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkati \u00e7ekti. G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, b\u00f6brek yetmezli\u011fi \u00e7eken hastalar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 su i\u00e7iminden ka\u00e7\u0131nmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini bildirdi.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fccudun suya olan ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n, ba\u011f\u0131rsak enfeksiyonlar\u0131, besin zehirlenmeleri, ishal ve kusma gibi durumlarda artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, bu tip rahats\u0131zl\u0131klarda a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131 ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kay\u0131plar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in s\u0131v\u0131 t\u00fcketiminin daha da art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Prof. Dr. Y\u00fcksel G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;S\u0131cak havalar ve fiziksel aktivitenin fazla olmas\u0131 da ter yolu ile s\u0131v\u0131 kayb\u0131na neden olur ve su t\u00fcketimini art\u0131rmak gerekir. Bu durumlarda tuzlu ayran veya sodan\u0131n da t\u00fcketilmesi kaybedilen suyun daha h\u0131zl\u0131 geri gelmesini sa\u011flar. Fakat ko\u015fullar\u0131n normal oldu\u011fu durumlarda su yerine s\u00fcrekli soda tercih edilmesi k\u00f6t\u00fc sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furabilir. Suyun tad\u0131n\u0131 sevmeyenler ya da mide bulant\u0131s\u0131 ya\u015fayanlar; dilimlenmi\u015f meyve dilimleri veya havuz, kereviz gibi sebzelerde suyu tatland\u0131rabilirler. \u00c7ay, kahve gibi i\u00e7ecekler v\u00fccuttan su at\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in suyun yerine konmamal\u0131d\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015fiye g\u00f6re t\u00fcketim<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcnde 8-9 bardak veya 2-2,5 litre su t\u00fcketmenin v\u00fccudun su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bilindi\u011fini ancak, bu ihtiyac\u0131n ki\u015finin kilosuna ve fiziksel aktivitesi ile mevsim ko\u015fullar\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6sterebilece\u011fini vurgulayan Prof. Dr. G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc,<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u0130deal su t\u00fcketimi v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 0.033 ile \u00e7arp\u0131m\u0131 ile bulunur. \u00d6rnek vermek gerekirse; 50 kg x 0.033 = 1,6 litredir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Kalorisi ve kafeini olmayan tek i\u00e7ece\u011fin su oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Prof. Dr. G\u00fcm\u00fcrd\u00fcl\u00fc, soda ve ayran\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7ay, kahve ve meyve suyu gibi i\u00e7eceklerin de g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken s\u0131v\u0131 miktar\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011funu fakat yine de bu tarz s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131n t\u00fcketiminin sudan fazla olmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PROF.
