Bayramlar\u0131n yemek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerinin abart\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nem oldu\u011funu ifade eden T\u00fcmer, \u201cS\u00f6z konusu d\u00f6nemlerde b\u00fcy\u00fcme, geli\u015fme \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z, ileri ya\u015f b\u00fcy\u00fcklerimiz ve \u00f6zellikle de kalp hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, hipertansiyon, hiperlipidemi ve diyabet (\u015feker hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131) gibi rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 olanlar\u0131n beslenme konusunda daha dikkatli ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc davranmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u00d6ncelikle etin, kesiminden sonra bir g\u00fcn dinlendirilerek t\u00fcketilmesi daha uygun olacakt\u0131r. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 etin yap\u0131s\u0131nda bulunan doymu\u015f ya\u011flar\u0131n damar i\u00e7inde birikerek plaklar olu\u015fturdu\u011fu, kolesterol\u00fc art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131, tansiyonun y\u00fckselmesine neden oldu\u011fu ak\u0131ldan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 etler besin de\u011feri olarak yap\u0131s\u0131nda kaliteli protein i\u00e7erir, demir miktar\u0131 ve emilimi yani v\u00fccuttaki kullan\u0131m\u0131 daha y\u00fcksek orandad\u0131r.
