Sakarya \u00dcniversitesi E\u011fitim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Hastanesi (SA\u00dcEAH) B\u00f6brek Nakli Merkezi bir ilki daha ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek y\u00fcksek riskli hastaya \u2018Duyars\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma\u2019 protokol\u00fc uygulayarak b\u00f6brek nakli ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n
SA\u00dcEAH B\u00f6brek Nakli Merkezinde operasyonlar\u0131 her pazartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc en az bir b\u00f6brek nakli ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 nakillere imza at\u0131lan merkezde operasyonu y\u00fcksek riskli olan C.B. isimli hastan\u0131n nakil \u00f6ncesi Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan izin al\u0131narak i\u015flemleri ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. Haytaya \u00f6zel \u2018Duyars\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma\u2019 tedavisi uygulayarak b\u00f6brek nakli ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken Sakarya\u2019da bir ilk daha ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n
Duyars\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma protokol\u00fc hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Do\u00e7. Dr. Hamad Dheir, \u201cY\u00fcksek imm\u00fcnolojik riskli hastalar maalesef direkt olarak b\u00f6brek nakli olam\u0131yorlar. Bu nedenle hastan\u0131n v\u00fccudunda bu riski olu\u015fturan h\u00fccreleri \u00f6zel bir ila\u00e7 protokol\u00fc uygulayarak nakle uygun hale getiriyoruz. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 nakil operasyonundan yakla\u015f\u0131k 2-3 hafta \u00f6ncesinden ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Nakil sonras\u0131 da \u00e7ok yak\u0131ndan takip edilmesi gerekmektedir. Hastam\u0131z\u0131n genel durumu \u00e7ok iyi. Bundan sonra da y\u00fcksek riskli hastalara bu \u00f6zel tedavi protokol\u00fcm\u00fcz ile nakil i\u015flemleri yapmaya devam edece\u011fiz. B\u00f6brek Nakli Merkezinin kurulmas\u0131 ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara imza atmas\u0131nda verdikleri destek dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile \u0130l Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz Do\u00e7.
