{"id":192146,"date":"2019-08-09T13:01:40","date_gmt":"2019-08-09T10:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tvturk.com\/index.php\/turkiyede-otoyol-devrimi\/"},"modified":"2019-08-09T13:01:40","modified_gmt":"2019-08-09T10:01:40","slug":"turkiyede-otoyol-devrimi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.tvturk.com\/index.php\/turkiyede-otoyol-devrimi\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de otoyol devrimi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Son 17 y\u0131lda devreye ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeni otoyollar ile ticaret ak\u0131\u015f\u0131nda uluslararas\u0131 rotada k\u00f6pr\u00fc g\u00f6revi \u00fcstlenen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de dev otoyol projeleri vas\u0131tas\u0131yla iller aras\u0131ndaki mesafeler k\u0131salarak hem zamandan hem de yak\u0131ttan tasarruf sa\u011flan\u0131yor. 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda toplam ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenen otoyol uzunlu\u011fu 5 bin 34 km, daha ileriki d\u00f6nemde ise bu rakam 8 bin 235 km olarak bekliyor.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, Ak Parti d\u00f6neminde savunma, enerji ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir \u00e7ok alanda s\u0131n\u0131f atlad\u0131. Hayata ge\u00e7irilen dev projeler T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi b\u00f6lgesinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, uluslararas\u0131 alanda da ses y\u00fckseltebilen bir \u00fclke konuma getirdi. \u00d6ncelikle ticaretin kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ad\u0131na at\u0131lan ula\u015f\u0131m ad\u0131mlar\u0131nda otoyol projeleri b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz ediyordu. Devreye al\u0131nan otoyol projeler ile T\u00fcrkiye, temiz, g\u00fcvenli, tasarruf sa\u011flayan ve zaman\u0131 k\u0131saltan yollara sahip oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Mevcut otoyol a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n uzunlu\u011fu 2 bin 875 km olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu rakam\u0131n 2023\u2019te 5 bin 34 km\u2019ye, 2023 ve sonras\u0131 hedefleriyle 8 bin 235 km\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.  Otoyollarda \u00f6ncelik n\u00fcfusun en yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu Marmara B\u00f6lgesi. Bu a\u011f\u0131n en \u00f6nemli par\u00e7alar\u0131 olan Gebze-Orhangazi-\u0130zmir Otoyolu (433 km) tamamland\u0131. Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu\u2019nda ise Yavuz Sultan Selim K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc ve ba\u011flant\u0131 yollar\u0131 (Odayeri-Kurtk\u00f6y, K\u0131nal\u0131-Odayeri Kesimi-88 km ve Kurtk\u00f6y-Akyaz\u0131 Kesimi 169 km) hizmete a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc otoyollar<\/p>\n<p>\u00dczerinde 1915 \u00c7anakkale K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 K\u0131nal\u0131-Tekirda\u011f-\u00c7anakkale-Bal\u0131kesir Otoyolu, bu ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n di\u011fer bir \u00f6nemli b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc. Bu otoyolun temeli ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l 18 Mart Zaferi\u2019nin y\u0131l d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde at\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130zmir\u2019in, Alia\u011fa ve \u00c7andarl\u0131 Liman\u0131\u2019na y\u00fcksek standartl\u0131 yollarla ba\u011flant\u0131 sa\u011flayacak, mevcut \u015fehir i\u00e7i yollar \u00fczerinden sa\u011flanan kuzey-g\u00fcney y\u00f6nl\u00fc a\u011f\u0131r vas\u0131ta trafi\u011fine de hizmet edecek ve \u0130zmir\u2019in \u015fehir i\u00e7i trafi\u011fini rahatlatacak Menemen-Alia\u011fa-\u00c7andarl\u0131 Otoyolu\u2019nun (76 km) temeli 5 Nisan 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda at\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Edirne\u2019den ba\u015flayan TEM (Trans European Motorway) Otoyolu\u2019nun \u0130stanbul-Bolu-Ankara-Pozant\u0131-Adana-Gaziantep- \u015eanl\u0131urfa kesiminin yap\u0131lmayan tek b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc olan Ankara-Ni\u011fde Otoyolunun 14 Nisan 2017 tarihinde ihalesi yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ankara-Ni\u011fde Otoyolu\u2019nun devreye girmesiyle Bat\u0131 ile G\u00fcneydo\u011fu aras\u0131ndaki otoyol seyahatinin kesintisiz h\u00e2le gelmesi sa\u011flanacak ve ayr\u0131ca ileride yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan \u015eanl\u0131urfa-Habur otoyolunun da tamamlanmas\u0131yla Kap\u0131kule\u2019den ba\u015flayan TEM Otoyolu Habur S\u0131n\u0131r Kap\u0131s\u0131na kadar uzanacak.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yollarda 17 y\u0131lda y\u00fczde 332\u2019lik art\u0131\u015f<\/p>\n<p>Geli\u015fmenin ve kalk\u0131nman\u0131n anahtar\u0131 olan ula\u015f\u0131m ve ileti\u015fim alan\u0131ndaki bu avantaj\u0131 kullanabilmek i\u00e7in son 17 y\u0131lda devrim niteli\u011finde ad\u0131mlar at\u0131larak dev projeler bir bir hayata ge\u00e7irildi. 17 y\u0131l \u00f6nce toplam 6 bin 101 km b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol vard\u0131. Buna Ak Parti d\u00f6neminde 20 bin 109 km ilave edilerek toplam 26 bin 764 km\u2019ye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Bu rakam oransal olarak y\u00fczde 332\u2019ye denk geliyor.  5 y\u0131l \u00f6nce 6 il b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yollar ile birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131yken bug\u00fcn 77 il birbirine b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol ile ba\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye \u2019k\u00f6pr\u00fc\u2019 oldu<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye, hayata ge\u00e7irilen devasa proje ve otoyollarla Do\u011fu\u2019yla Bat\u0131\u2019n\u0131n aras\u0131ndaki k\u00f6pr\u00fc oldu. Marmaray, Yavuz Sultan Selim K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, Osmangazi K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, Avrasya T\u00fcneli gibi dev ve birbirinden zor projeler ard\u0131 ard\u0131na devreye sokuldu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul-\u0130zmir aras\u0131 3,5 saat<\/p>\n<p>Dev otoyol projelerine ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n hizmete a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130stanbul-\u0130zmir otoyolu eklendi. Daha \u00f6nce 201 kilometresi ana g\u00f6vde, 33 kilometresi de ba\u011flant\u0131 yolu olmak \u00fczere hizmete a\u00e7\u0131lan \u0130stanbul-\u0130zmir otoyolunun, 183 kilometresi ana g\u00f6vde, 9 kilometresi de ba\u011flant\u0131 yolu olmak \u00fczere toplam 192 kilometrelik son kesimi ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz hafta hizmete girdi. Bu geli\u015fmeyle 515 km olan \u0130stanbul-\u0130zmir aras\u0131 404 km\u2019ye indi. \u0130stanbul-\u0130zmir otoyoluyla, Edirne-\u0130stanbul-Ankara otoyolu ile \u0130zmir-Ayd\u0131n, \u0130zmir-\u00c7e\u015fme otoyolu birle\u015ferek, Marmara ve Ege b\u00f6lgeleri otoyol a\u011f\u0131yla ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f oldu. Yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden Kuzey Marmara otoyolu (YSS K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc dahil), \u00c7anakkale Malkara otoyolu (1915 \u00c7anakkale K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc dahil) ve yap\u0131m\u0131 planlanan K\u0131nal\u0131-Malkara ve \u00c7anakkale-Sava\u015ftepe otoyolu ile birlikte Marmara otoyol entegrasyonu tamamlanacak, \u0130zmir ve Ayd\u0131n\u2019\u0131n; Bursa, Kocaeli ve \u0130stanbul\u2019a olan mesafesi k\u0131salacak.<\/p>\n<p>Kaza oranlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc<\/p>\n<p>Devreye al\u0131nan otoyollar sadece zaman, yak\u0131t tasarrufu sa\u011flamad\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda trafik canavar\u0131na da engel koydu. Hizmete a\u00e7\u0131lan yollar ile \u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc kazalarda y\u00fczde 56\u2019l\u0131k bir azalma ya\u015fand\u0131. Toplam kazalarda ise y\u00fczde 60\u2019a yak\u0131n bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n<p>2023\u2019\u00fc bekleyen hedef; 1399 km<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de son 16 y\u0131lda devreye al\u0131nan otoyol projeleri bir bir masaya geliyor. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede h\u00fck\u00fcmet, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar toplamda bin 399 km\u2019lik otoyolu ara\u00e7 ge\u00e7i\u015fine a\u00e7maya haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda yap-i\u015flet-devret modeliyle 2023 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar yap\u0131lmas\u0131 hedeflenen otoyol projeleri \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralan\u0131yor:<\/p>\n<p>Ankara-K\u0131r\u0131kkale-Delice Otoyolu 119 km<\/p>\n<p>Ayd\u0131n-Denizli-Burdur Otoyolu (Ayd\u0131n-Denizli Kesimi) 165 km<\/p>\n<p>Mersin(\u00c7e\u015fmeli)-Erdemli-Ta\u015fucu Otoyolu 92 km<\/p>\n<p>Afyon-Antalya-Alanya Otoyolu (Antalya-Alanya Kesimi) 187 km<\/p>\n<p>Ankara-\u0130zmir Otoyolu 572 km<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131nal\u0131-Tekirda\u011f-\u00c7anakkale-Bal\u0131kesir Otoyolu 251 km<\/p>\n<p>\u0130zmir K\u00f6rfez Ge\u00e7i\u015fi 13 km<\/p>\n<p>Erdo\u011fan: \u201cUla\u015f\u0131m 17 y\u0131ll\u0131k iktidar\u0131n\u0131n alametifarikalar\u0131ndan biri\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz Pazar g\u00fcn\u00fc \u0130stanbul-\u0130zmir Otoyolu a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda konu\u015fan Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan, AK Parti\u2019nin 17 y\u0131ll\u0131k iktidar\u0131n\u0131n alametifarikalar\u0131ndan birinin de &#8220;ula\u015f\u0131m meselesi&#8221; oldu\u011funu belirterek,&#8221;Yolunuz yoksa, suyunuz yoksa siz gayri medenisiniz ama nerede CHP varsa orada susuzluk var, orada \u00e7\u00f6p var. \u0130\u015fte \u015fu anda CHP\u2019nin belediyelerinin oldu\u011fu yerlerde maalesef at\u0131k su, susuzluk alm\u0131\u015f ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 gidiyor&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>17 y\u0131lda Cumhuriyet tarihinin neredeyse tamam\u0131 kadar otoyol yap\u0131ld\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Erdo\u011fan, iktidara geldiklerinde bin 714 kilometre olan otoyol uzunlu\u011funu, 2 bin 875 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirerek, &#8220;B\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol ile ba\u011fl\u0131 il say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 6\u2019dan 77\u2019ye, karayolu t\u00fcnel say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 83\u2019ten 367\u2019ye, karayolu t\u00fcnel uzunlu\u011funu da 50 kilometreden 473 kilometreye y\u00fckselttik. B\u00f6ylece vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hem mal hem can g\u00fcvenli\u011finde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli iyile\u015ftirmeler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik.
