Tar\u0131m Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 Ankara \u0130l Tar\u0131m ve Orman M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ekipleri, Kurban Bayram\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde etlerin par\u00e7alanmas\u0131, muhafazas\u0131 ve k\u0131yma haz\u0131rlama i\u015fleminde olumsuzluklar\u0131n kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131, \u015fekerli ve unlu mamullerin mevzuata uygun \u00fcretilip, sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Ankara \u0130l Tar\u0131m M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve 25 il\u00e7e m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde g\u00f6revli 343 personelle denetimlerde bulundu. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen denetimlerde, son t\u00fcketim tarihi, katk\u0131 maddeleri, taklit ve ta\u011f\u015fi\u015f y\u00f6nlerinden denetlendi.<\/p>\n
Denetlemeler kapsam\u0131nda, Kurban Bayram\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 son 1 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde, 5 binin \u00fczerinde denetim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilirken, bu denetimlerin 500\u2019\u00fcnde olumsuzluklar tespit edilerek idari yapt\u0131r\u0131m uyguland\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, denetleme yap\u0131lan yerlerden 400 civar\u0131nda numune al\u0131narak incelenmek \u00fczere laboratuvarlara g\u00f6nderilirken, uygunsuzluk tespit edilen 65 yere idari yapt\u0131r\u0131m uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
Tar\u0131m Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 Ankara \u0130l Tar\u0131m M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 denetimlere genelden bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, 1 Ocak 2019 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bug\u00fcne kadar 45 bin civar\u0131 denetim yap\u0131l\u0131rken, bu denetimlerin 4 bininde olumsuzluk tespit edildi. Denetlenen yerlerde 2 bin 500\u2019e yak\u0131n numune al\u0131n\u0131rken uygunsuzluk tespit edilen 600 civar\u0131 yerde idari yapt\u0131r\u0131m uyguland\u0131.<\/p>\n
