Bu nedenle kesim i\u015fleminin ard\u0131ndan et, serin ve temiz bir ortamda 5-6 saat dinlendirildikten sonra buzdolab\u0131na konmal\u0131, en az bir g\u00fcn bekletilerek etin olgunla\u015f\u0131p, lezzet kazanmas\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde t\u00fcketilen et midede \u015fi\u015flik ve haz\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k problemlerini de minimuma indirecektir. Ayr\u0131ca etin pi\u015firilmeden \u00f6nce marine edilerek bekletilmesiyle, etin yumu\u015famas\u0131n\u0131, iyi pi\u015fmesini ve lezzetli olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilirsiniz.
