Artvin\u2019de \u00f6zelikle yaz aylar\u0131nda k\u00fclt\u00fcr sanat festivalleri kapsam\u0131nda birbirinden farkl\u0131 etkinlikler d\u00fczenleniyor. K\u00f6y ve yayla \u015fenliklerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra uluslararas\u0131 olmak \u00fczere farkl\u0131 tarihlerde 84 festival d\u00fczenleniyor.<\/p>\n
Artvin merkez ve il\u00e7elerinde her y\u0131l geleneksel olarak d\u00fczenlenen ba\u015fta bo\u011fa g\u00fcre\u015fleri olmak \u00fczere, g\u00fcre\u015fler, yayla festivalleri ve k\u00f6y \u015fenlikleri ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerden \u00e7ok say\u0131da insan bu festivallerde bir araya geliyor. \u00d6nceden belirlenen festival tarihlerinde b\u00f6lge halk\u0131 festivalin d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi alanda bir araya gelerek bazen iki g\u00fcn, bazen d\u00f6rt olmak \u00fczere ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen \u015fenliklerde doyas\u0131ya e\u011fleniyor.<\/p>\n
