Bal\u0131kesir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Edremit \u0130l\u00e7e G\u0131da Tar\u0131m ve Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve AR-GE firmas\u0131 sahibi Faruk Durukan\u2019\u0131n ortak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile zeytin sine\u011fine organik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulundu.<\/p>\n
Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ile B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019ne ait bir zeytinlikte uygulama yap\u0131ld\u0131. Uygulamaya \u0130l\u00e7e G\u0131da Tar\u0131m ve Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Recep \u00d6zbudak da kat\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren ARFaruk Durukan, \u201cBu projemiz zeytin sine\u011fi ile m\u00fccadele. Ayn\u0131 zamanda kurakl\u0131k ile m\u00fccadele. Kaolin zaten d\u00fcnyada bilinen bir malzeme. Y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r kullan\u0131lmakta. Zeytin sine\u011finin karn\u0131n\u0131 yarmakla birlikte sine\u011fin a\u011fa\u00e7ta bar\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 durduruyor. \u00dczerine atm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz beyazl\u0131k, yapraklar\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015fte su ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 azaltarak k\u00f6kten suyu daha az \u00e7ekmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca g\u00fcne\u015fteki ultra viyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan meyvenin ve yapraklar\u0131n korunmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bizim yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kaolini mikron boyutuna getirerek organik ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 ile kaolin etken maddesini kullan\u0131labilir hale getirmek oldu. Bu proje dahilinde Bal\u0131kesir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir K\u0131rsal Hizmetler Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Edremit Tar\u0131m \u0130l\u00e7e M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bundan sonraki durumu ise tar\u0131m m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc m\u00fchendislik ekipleri ile meyvedeki, yapraktaki korunma farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n
Bal\u0131kesir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi K\u0131rsal Hizmetler Daire Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet Mekin T\u00fcz\u00fcn, \u201cBal\u0131kesir\u2019de yakla\u015f\u0131k 11 milyon zeytin a\u011fac\u0131m\u0131z var. Ciddi bir ekonomik de\u011fere sahip. Bal\u0131kesir B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z say\u0131n Y\u00fccel Y\u0131lmaz\u2019\u0131n talimat\u0131yla zeytin sine\u011fi ile m\u00fccadelede alternatif ve do\u011fal y\u00f6ntemlerin ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve uygulanmas\u0131 ile ilgili uygulamam\u0131za devam ediyoruz. Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z do\u011fal y\u00f6ntemler ile zeytin sine\u011fi ile m\u00fccadele etmemiz konusunda talimatland\u0131rd\u0131. Burada b\u00f6lgemizin bir AR-GE firmas\u0131 olan Faruk Durukan\u2019\u0131n firmas\u0131yla beraber kaolin uygulamas\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz. Y\u00f6ntemlerimizden bir tanesi bu. Kaolin uygulamas\u0131na a\u011fac\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7eperini kaplayarak zeytin sine\u011finin zarar\u0131n\u0131 asgariye indirece\u011fiz. Hatta s\u0131f\u0131rlamay\u0131 hedefliyoruz. Burada uygulamam\u0131z 30 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck bir alan\u0131n 15 d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde uygulama yapaca\u011f\u0131z. 15 d\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fc bo\u015f b\u0131rak\u0131lacak. B\u00f6ylece uygulama etkisini burada direk olarak g\u00f6rme \u015fans\u0131m\u0131z olacak. \u0130l\u00e7e tar\u0131m m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile beraber burada tuzaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 asaca\u011f\u0131z.
