Video yard\u0131ml\u0131 torasik cerrahi (VATS) lobektomi y\u00f6ntemi teknolojinin geli\u015fmesiyle birlikte, g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs cerrahisi ameliyatlar\u0131nda, son y\u0131llarda da akci\u011fer kanseri ameliyatlar\u0131nda uygun hastalarda tercih ediliyor.<\/p>\n
Medicana Samsun Hastanesi G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs Cerrahisi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden Prof. Dr. Bur\u00e7in \u00c7elik, kapal\u0131 y\u00f6ntem akci\u011fer kanseri ameliyatlar\u0131 konusunda bilgi verdi. Prof. Dr. Bur\u00e7in \u00c7elik, \u201cVATS, g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs cerrahisi ameliyatlar\u0131n\u0131n video yard\u0131m\u0131 ile yap\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r ve minimal invaziv giri\u015fimdir. Y\u0131llar boyunca a\u00e7\u0131k cerrahi giri\u015fimlerle yap\u0131lan g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs cerrahisi ameliyatlar\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde teknolojinin de geli\u015fmesiyle art\u0131k kapal\u0131 y\u00f6ntemlerle de ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir. Akci\u011fer kanserinin \u00fclkemizdeki durumu<\/p>\n
Prof. Dr. Bur\u00e7in \u00c7elik \u015fu bilgileri verdi: \u201cAkci\u011fer kanseri t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada en s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen kanser t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnya genelinde 1,6 milyon yeni akci\u011fer kanseri tan\u0131s\u0131 konulmu\u015f ve bu oran t\u00fcm kanserlerin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 13\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. \u00dclkemizde akci\u011fer kanseri insidans\u0131n\u0131 erkeklerde 74.2\/100.000, kad\u0131nlarda 9.3\/100.000 olarak bildirmi\u015flerdir. Ayr\u0131ca T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u0131ll\u0131k beklenen yeni olgu say\u0131s\u0131 30 bindir. Bunlar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 82\u2019si k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck h\u00fccre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 akci\u011fer kanseri olup bunlar\u0131n da y\u00fczde 27\u2019si ameliyat edilebilir hastalard\u0131r. Erken evre akci\u011fer kanserinin cerrahi tedavisinde VATS tercih edilebilir. VATS ile daha az travma ve a\u011fr\u0131, daha h\u0131zl\u0131 taburculuk ve daha iyi kozmetik sonu\u00e7lar elde edilmektedir.\u201d<\/p>\n
