Akta\u015f, ilk olarak \u00d6zel Harekat Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerle\u015fkesinde t\u00f6ren mangas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131rken daha sonra \u00f6zel harekat personeli ile \u00f6\u011fle yeme\u011finde bir araya geldi.
